A few weeks later...
22nd January 2118
"Tyler! Time to get up!" Guidea calls up in her soft, loving voice. Of course, I was already awake, so I simply walk downstairs, to be greeted to the smell of something frying.
Guidea turns around, pan in hand, as I enter the dining room to sit down, and smiles warmly at me.
"Fried eggs?" I guess, ecstatically ravenous. Guidea replies with a simple nod as she passes me my helping.
A few minutes later when we are both finished, I strike up a question.
"Guidea, can I go to Crimson's house today?" I ask politely, as she begins to wash the dishes. Without breaking her focus, she replies.
"I don't see why not! Do you want me to make lunch at the usual time?" Guidea chirps, looking over her shoulder for a second, smiling kindly.
"Yeah, thanks Guid!" I chirp, before leaving.

"Hey Crimson! Mind if I come in?" I chirp, as the redheaded demon looks down at me in surprise.
"Oh! Hey Tyler! I'm not expecting anybody else at the minute, so sure! Come on in! Castellar's in my room!" She grins, ushering me in.
As she opens the door to her bedroom, I'm greeted with...pretty much what I expected, actually. The room itself is rather neat and tidy, however the walls are a different story. One wall has burn marks and holes in it, a single bookshelf in the corner, one wall smothered in posters of countless animes and musicals, and one wall... has Crimson's piano up against it. So that's where it went.
Her room is around the size of our living room, I would say. Castellar lies idly on the bed, kicking her boots in the air, head deep in a book. I tap her on the shoulder a few times before she turns around, gasps, and pulls me into a tight hug.
"TYLER! HOW NICE TO SEE YOU AGAIN! HAVE YOU BEEN PRACTISING YOUR MAGIC SINCE LAST TIME WE HUNG OUT?" She chirps ecstatically, putting a bookmark in her page and setting the book down on the bed.
"Yep!" I reply, giving her a little salute. She simply smiles back, and then looks up at Crimson, who is leaning against the burnt wall.
"Is it time for my training yet?" She asks innocently. I glance over at Crimson questionably, then whisper "Are you still training her for the Royal Guard?"
Crimson replies by shaking her head, and clapping her hands together for attention."Yeah! Let's do it, Cassie!" She smiles, punching her open palm. Castellar quickly stands up, and runs over to Crimson to whisper something in her ear. She nods in response, then shrugs, glancing at me.
"Alright. Tyler. You are about to witness something nobody has ever seen before. So feel privileged, yea!" Crimson shouts enthusiastically. I decide not to speak up, and allow them to continue.
Then...Crimson walks over to the piano, and sits on the stool. Castellar finds a piece of lined paper thumbtacked to the poster wall and unfolds it, sitting on the edge of the bed.
-------------
Are they...performing for me?
"Ready Cassie?" Crimson nods polietely.
"AS READY AS I'LL EVER-" She starts to assert, before her friend puts a finger to her mouth. "Shh. Quieten down."Castellar clears her throat, and starts again. "I mean, as ready as I'll ever be!" She chirps, in a different font this time. I watch eagerly, sitting to the left of Castellar, so I see the both of them side-on.
