After hours of hearing Luke rant about how cool this senior party was gonna be, I finally agreed to go, with the one condition that I didn't have to be nice to anybody. I could just go sit on a couch if I got tired, and I wasn't even going to look at girls. Don't get me wrong, I love partying, I really do, but we had gone out literally every night that week, and while Luke didn't seem to get tired, I was completely exhausted already. We'd drink, dance, chat with some girls, drink some more, and then everything would go blurry. It was nice at first, but now it was getting out of hand.

"'I'm telling you, Calum. This is going to be the best party of the summer," Luke said for like the hundredth time.

I nodded and watched him change clothes over and over again.

"Does this look good?" He asked and I shrugged.

"How about this?" He changed again. "Would you consider this appealing?" I snorted at his choice of word and he groaned loudly. "C'mon, man, can you please help me out right now?"

I sighed and stood up from his bed. "This" I handed him a blue button up, "and this" and a pair of black skinny jeans. "Those will do".

Luke smiled and changed again, finally looking satisfied with his look, he put on some shoes and we went downstairs. He stopped in front of the mirror next to the door and ran his fingers though his hair a couple times. I rolled my eyes, I honestly didn't understand why he did that all the time, it looked exactly the same every time.

On our way to Ashton's house we stopped at a store and Luke bought some drinks. I was actually older than him, but they never asked for his ID, while I was always told to show it. I watched him get back in the car again with at least three bags of bottles, but since I wasn't going to drink I didn't asked what he bought.

When we got to the party the street was already filled with cars and you could hear music and people shouting. We got off the car and Luke practically ran to the door. He was extremely excited and that was the main reason why I was there. I sighed and quickly shook my head. Just a few hours, and then we can go home.

"You made it!" Ashton greeted us at the door and hugged us, causing me to step on Luke awkwardly.

Luke stepped in and I lost track of him right after. I talked with Ashton for a few minutes but we weren't what could be considered friends and we obviously weren't going to talk about life while there was a party going on literally behind him. I made my way through the crowd of bodies, I saw some girls lying on tables and guys taking body shots from them, there were a few people dancing, and with a few I mean like fifty, at least fifteen couples making out on the couches and some others on the floor, I spotted Luke playing beer-pong and laughed, he really enjoyed all of this.

After making sure there were no couches left, I made my way to the stairs next to the kitchen, and sat on one of the steps. I took out my phone and started playing some stupid game where you had to press every moving white rectangle or you'd lose. After a while, I felt someone sitting next to me but I was too concentrated on my game to look up.

"Looks like you're having fun, hu?" An unfamiliar voice said but I ignored it. They then moved a little to the side to let someone go upstairs and pushed my arm in the process, making me miss a rectangle.

"Fuck" I mumbled. I put my phone back in its pocket and looked at the girl beside me. I was completely startled, she was beautifulHer wavy brown hair fell perfectly over her shoulders and her blue eyes created the perfect contrast. Don't be so cheesy, Calum. She's just pretty.

"You okay?" she chuckled, I realized I was staring.

"Yeah, uh, sorry" I said nervously and she smiled.
