Wedding day?

Chapter 11:

Sterlyn's POV:

I finally arrived at Ben's house, luckily for me he still lived where at his childhood house just that his parents had moved to Florida years ago. I parked my car and headed to the door, feeling a bit nervous as I did so.

I knocked on his door and a few moments later it swung open, a very stunted looking Ben starred back at me, but his shock was wiped away quite fast leaving frustration in its place instead.

"What do you want Maxwell?" Ben said with cold eyes.

"Do you know where Alva is?" I asked kinda weary.

"No, and even if I did I wouldn't tell an ass like you." he practically spit out.

"Ben come on bro help me out."

"Don't bro me. I'm not an idiot to help someone like you; wasn't Alva's message from last night clear? Leave her alone! She doesn't want anything to do with you. The only thing you bring her is pain and I won't stand for it. She deserves better than you." While Ben said all of this his grip on the doorknob harden; he looked ready to kill.

"I'm trying to right my wrong! I know that she deserves better, that's why I have changed. But all I need is a chance!" I was pretty much pleading as of now.

"You had your chance and you blew it years ago. Now get over it and leave my best friend alone." He was about to close the door, but I put my arm in the way.

"I'm not going to leave her alone. I made huge mistake years ago, letting her out of my life, but I've found her again and I won't let her go again. I will show you and more importantly her that I have changed." I said those word looking at him straight in the eyes.

"If you hurt her again I swear I will beat the living shit out of you, with not even a blink of remorse. And more importantly, I will not make it easy for you, if you really want Alva that much you will have to work for it." With that said he pushed my arm away and slammed the door shut.

"I'm willing to do the work for her; she absolutely worth it and more..." I said in a hushed tone.

with that being the last thing said I turned around and walked towards my car with two important things going around in my head.

1. I was determined to have Alva back in my life.

2. Ben's feelings for Alva are stronger than just best friend status.

I decide to drive around for a while to clear up my head and think of a game plan. I couldn't continue following her to work or around everywhere like a starker; I needed a legitimate reason as to why I had to be with her and also a reason as to why she can't just run away from me at any given time.

After about an hour or so I got a call from my Dad.

"Hey pops, whats up?" I answered.

"Sterlyn have you hired anybody to redesign the company logo yet? it needs to be done soon."

After my dad said those magic words the perfect idea formed in my head.

"Son are you still there?"

"Huh, oh yes Dad I just remember that I know exactly the right person to do the job." I said as a smile formed on my face.

"Okay perfect then, I leave it up to you then. Have a good night son." After I said my goodbye's as well I hung up and looked up another number after I found it I dialed it.

"Hello, NET design company? I would like to hire one of your designers to do a project for me..."

Alva wouldn't be able to run away now.

Damn, things are getting intense in here. Sterlyn is serious about getting Alva back into his life. And does Ben really only see Alva as his bf? A lot is going down.
