It's almost midnight,
And you're here by my side,
My head messed up,
And I'm crying over the phone,
Complaining about my cruel life,
Telling you everything that was meant to be kept unshared,
And you, instead of thinking I was crazy, without complaining,
You stayed, you heard all my rants,
You didn't make me feel happy,
But you shared the pain,
Sometimes we find solace in people with beautiful hearts.
Sometimes silence speaks more than words,
And sometimes we talk till its midnight and end up laughing so hard,
Just stay beside, everything will be alright,
Our life won't be painful anymore,
We'll make it through,
Let's work hard, and wait for the sun so bright,
Filling every corner of darkness with illuminating light,
Cause girl it's midnight,
And I promise to stay by you side.
