Uproot Whatever Hurts

It's quite normal to be sad when you're hurt but being sad and doing nothing about it is wrong. You can't sit idly and keep feeling sad. You can cry about it and be sad, to let out your emotions but guilt tripping yourself into believing that you can't do anything about it except for feeling empty is wrong. You can let out your feelings but after that, you move and do something about everything that you think needs fixing and is making you sad. Stop complaining about you being sad, instead think and work out on why you're sad and try to solve it. Make a plan, search out everything that hurts and try to remove it from roots, till it hurts no more.
