Me: "I'm just saying"
Justin: "Raegan, lets just go home"
Again, I hesitated, I took a minute to think, and that's when I heard Charlie's voice.
I turn to him.
Charlie: "Hey Raegan, we're gonna go party at Aaron's house, you in?"
I turn back at Justin, I could see a tear in his eye.
Me: "Yeah I'm in"
Justin: "Raegan.."
Charlie: "Cool, lets go"
Me: "See you later Justin"
I turn to walk towards Charlie, but then I feel Justin grab my hand.
Justin: "Raegan you're drunk, they're drunk, come home with me"
I just shake off his hand.
Me: "We can deal with this tomorrow"
I say walking towards the car.
Justin: "No"
Me: "What do you mean no?"
Justin: "If you get in that car, then we're over"
Some of my sense came back, but then the drunk part of me, the careless me kicked back in"
Me: "Guess it's over"
I say looking at him opening the door to the car.
I stare him down before getting in.
Tears upon tears filled his eyes, until he was full on crying.
Justin: "Raegan please..."
I hear him say quietly.
But I just get in the car.
The car starts and we pull out of the parking spot, we pass Justin, I look out the window, lookin at Justin the whole time. We pull out of school and start driving away, I can't see Justin anymore.
I start to think, did I make a mistake?
I pull my phone out and read the text messages from earlier.
*Raegan? Where are you?*
*Are you okay?*
*Are you mad at me, cause we can work this out*
*Raegan please answer, I know you're stressed, but I'm here, I'm always here for you*
*I love you*
That was it, and it was at that moment I knew that I made a mistake. I left the one guy that has helped me ever since I moved here. Who's been with me through all the bad times. I left the guy who was the for me when I was getting bullied, and I decided to choose the bully.
I made a mistake. I pull out my phone, going to Justin's number calling him. He answers pretty fast.
At the same time I see bright lights shine through the front of the car.
Me: "Justin?"
Then everything went blank. Everything. No sound, no sight, no anything.
~ 3rd Person POV ~
The line went silent, then the line went dead.
Justin: "Raegan?"
"Raegan are you there?"
