Declan's POV.
Ya, so Kalina is running all over the house looking for Tillie and Jax. I was playing with the idea of just telling her where they are, but it's funny to see Kalina getting all panicked over something so small. I mean, you can see them plain as day sitting with their feet in the pool. It's kinda hard to miss considering the 'wall' to our backyard is glass. Cool, I know. When I first learned that Jax had known where Tillie was the entire time, I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't jealous. But I'm over it now, I know that my chances with her we very very slim. So I gotta move on and live my life, I've been thinking about moving to London for a while. I just hope that it won't mess up the colab, but they can always find me a replacement right? It can't be to hard, and I bet that there are tons of people who would love to take my place. Ok, I guess I've made up my mind, I'll tell them tomorrow. But for now,
"Yo, Kalina. They've been outside by the pool the entire time!" I say lazily as she passes by me for like the tenth time.
"And your just telling me this now?" She asks slightly annoyed and out of breath.
"Sorry?" I question. She looks at me annoyed and walks out, flipping me the birdy before she leaves. I just laugh.
Tillie's POV.
It wasn't like Jax to explode like that I front of people. He didn't like showing his emotions besides happiness kindness and toughness to people. Even though we've been friends with Kalina Evie Declan and Conor since sixth grade, they've only seen him like this once. But I'm glad that he kinda blew up like that, I'm not saying that it was good that he's mad and shouted at Riya. I mean, I mean, um... It's good to know that he feels comfortable enough to show them what he's thinking. Ya, that sounds better.
Yurp, so after Jax ran out of the room I ran after him. I know what it feels like to be alone with your emotions, and honestly, it sucks. And the more you tell people to go away and leave you alone, the more you wish that they would stay and hug you till you were ready to talk.
So we are currently sitting on the edge of the pool with our legs swishing the water around. It was getting kinda awkward, since no one was making a move to start a conversation.
"So, you ok now? Do you want to talk about it?" I finally ask staring at my toes.
"Oh, ya, that. It, she just, bugged me. It felt that she was using us for our fame, and it felt like she expected us to answer to her every beck and call." He replies after what seemed like an eternity of silence.
"So it just kept building up till ya burst?" I summarize.
"I guess,"
"Ya know, that's not good for you. I know that it's hard for you to show people your feelings and all, but you can't hold it in till you fall apart. You don't even have to come to me and talk about it, you can just...um...talk to you pillow or something." I stutter failing at trying not to sound like a complete idiot. "Just remember, I'm here for you. Forever and always, no matter what happens and no matter where I go, I'll always come back for you." I finish looking into his eyes.
"Forever and always, we will be together with nothing in between." He agrees leaning in closer to me, or is it just me imagining things? Probably the second option, but before I get to find out we hear someone clear their thought behind us. We quickly spring apart blushing intensely, I don't even know why we suddenly sprung apart, it's not like we were doing anything. It was probably just instinct, I mean, for heavens sake! We've slept in the same bed before.
"You feeling better now Jax?" Kalina interrupts my thoughts.
"Ya, I'm fine now. Oh, should we tell her now?" Tell me what?
"Sure, if you want to. But then we should all all be present for this. Meet in the movie and bring the stuff, I'll get the rest of us!" Kalina sprints back into the house. Guess Jax and I are on snack duty, again. But seriously, what's the big announcement?
🎦 movie room 🎦
Ok, know that we have all gathered, it's time for some news. Agh! The suspense was killing me. I was never really a patient person, but I tried to be for others who liked keeping those in suspense.
"Um...actually, I have news of my own." Declan stammers from his seat.
"On a scale from noticing that Evie has coordination issues to 5sos is coming to LA and the vamps are opening for them, how important is the issue?" Kalina asks in all seriousness.
"5sos has come to LA but the vamps aren't opening for them."
"Oh no, ok so there are now two very important things to discuss." Conor mumbles to himself.
"I still don't know why I'm used as the bottom option for the comparing scale," Evie whines.
"It makes the scale realistic," Jax argues back.
"Well, wince there are two important things to discuss. How bout we do it after the movie? This way we won't be to distracted." I reason. Everyone seems to be ok with it so I click play on the remote. Sadly, I probably pressed something wrong and the screen goes blank. Everyone just groans and Declan and Conor protest.
"Tillie!," they whine.
"who gave her the remote?" Evie questions eyeing everyone of us. "Was it you Jax? You are the closest to her, it was you wasn't it?" She accuses.
"No! I didn't give her the flipping remote!" He protest. "I've known her since the third grade of elm, I think I've learned what to trust her with and what not to trust her with by no. And if I haven't, then I need to get some better observation skills." Jax says with valid points.
"So, if no one willingly gave it to her. Then she either stole it from someone, or she had it to begin with." Declan states. I just smile at myself, I'm so sneaky. I say this cause I actually stole the remote fm Kalina. Heehee, I'm such a trouble maker. Jk, maybe.
So we finally fixed the screen and watched Disney Hercules, I picked it and completely embrace my Disney movie addiction! 100% all the way. By the end of the movie though I'm pretty sure that we all drifted onto the thought of what the announcements were. Well at least that's what happened to me. So after the movie finished and we disposed of our trash we all gathered around to hear about the big news that Declan has, and what seemed like everyone but me knew. Yet again, Tillie shire is left out of the group, joy. (Layer on the sarcasm thick).
"No matter what just hear me out okay? Just let me finish and explain why when I tell you guys what I'm going to tell y'all," he simply states, we nod our heads. "Here goes nothing," he silently whispers. "I am..."
