[NATSU'S P.O.V]

It's been about a month seen the whole Lisanna trying to kill Lucy thing happened. I let my mind go off that, trying to forget everything. It's also been months since Gray and Lucy were a thing. I was thinking of looking for someone else. But I wasn't sure.

I entered the guild doors, to be welcomed by Mirajane. I sat at the bar as Mira handed me a glass of water. I gulped down the drink, as Mira glared at me.

"Can I help you?" I asked, almost sarcastically.

"Well. I can help you." She said, leaning against the bar table, as if to tell me a secret. I nodded in response. "You want Lucy back, right? I've got just the thing." She pulled out a small bottle, with a hot pink glow. It was in a crystal bottle, tinted white. I looked blankly at it.

"If you're wondering what this is, it's a potion that allows the participant to forget." She explained. Forget potion? Am I that desperate? But what I really want to know, why is she helping me?

"What's the catch?" I asked. She gave me a devious look.

"There is no catch. But YOU have to be the first one she see's to fall in love with you. Plus, the reason the potion is called 'Forget' is because she'll forget the one she loves." She smiled, but there had to be a reason why she's helping me.

"Why are you helping me, Mira?"

"Because, you beat Lisanna protecting Lucy. I could tell how much you love her..." Her expression soon turned sad, as she looked down. "Plus... I... I was the one who helped Lisanna... T-To put a spell on you..."

I already knew this, when I heard her and Lisanna talking. But I acted as if I didn't know.

"I'm sorry, Natsu... You know I wouldn't try to sabotage your relationship with Lucy. But when Lisanna came back I... I just..." I comforted her, by patting her shoulder.

"It's okay. I get it... But will this really work...?" I asked hesitantly, I wasn't sure about this. I wasn't sure about tricking Lucy.

"Yes! Yes! It will. It worked on... You before." She nervously laughed. I nodded, reaching to take the bottle from her, but she yanked it quickly.

"One more thing." Great. I knew it. A catch.

"And what is that?" I asked, impatiently.

"If Lucy finds out about the potion, the spell will quickly wear off. But the consequences aren't good. The spell will back-fire, causing Lucy to remember everything might harm her." I nodded slowly at all her information. I know that I must be careful, and not to mess up with this.

She finally gave me the potion, and I stuffed it in my pocket. I quickly got out of the guild, and strode to me and Happy's house. I entered the house, sitting on my hammock. I stared at the bottle.

"Should I really do this?" I whispered to myself. "How can I just... Trick Lucy..."

I knew the consequences, I knew the affects, I knew how much it would hurt Gray, but I didn't know whether or not I should do it. By now, the old Natsu would of protected Lucy, and be happy for her. But that Natsu has crashed and burned. I want Lucy for myself. Why should Gray be the one who has her?
