After using Pidgiot To fly to the new island

Once you land in HeaHea city In front of the Pokémon center you see Hau exiting it and asking how the starter pokemon you chose is holding up. He battles you using the other two, now raised to level forty two. Depending on who you chose, Hau will have the Z-Crystal for the super effective type. If you win he hands over the z-crystal, even if you didn't earn it in the beginning of the Alola Journey. If you lose you get three revives from him because Hau is so nice. He tells you he saw a group of three people over on the HeaHea beachfront.

You can go on Route four just off of the Hotel if you wish to train your Pokémon, but no further. Wild Pikipeks are blocking the way forward and the guy with a ride pager Stoutland is blocking your way farther Into HeaHea.

Once on thebeachfront you see the twins again with a new boy. He had wild crimson hair and super pale skin. His face covered by a bandana. He looked artsy and he drew over his red N with designs. You talk to the three.

You're the one Mistress hates!

You beat me and Aria! Jason help us!

Woah, girls. This is the kid who hurt ya? Heh, not letting you go kid. This is whatcha get for messing with my girls!

Before the triple battle begins a mystery trainer wearing a black cloak over her face jumps down and swoops into the battle. Hau has the same two starters at the sameness level as before while the mystery girl uses a Unova-exclusive team all level fifties or higher. Aria has her Electabuzz at level forty five, Alice had a level forty six Vileplume, and the boy, apparently Jason, has a level forty nine Alolan Raichu. You have to try until you win. When you do win the twins run of fun in tears and Jason follows them to cheer them up.

You and Hau turn to the girl who helped save you. She takes off the hood burn keels her attire covered. She is a bit thicker than most of the people around here. Her skin his pale and her eyes a bit sunken. She had copper brown hair parted in a unique way.

I'm sorry about them. Pay those Nirchians no heed. They're just following their beliefs. I suggest you don't mess around with them, or this may happen again. My name is Alexa! It's  a pleasure!

You talk to Alexa and you learn that Team Nirch tends to every single region. And they only get stronger with every region. Hau takes his leave but Alexa asks you to accompany her to see Kiawe. After bringing her to Kiawe you have the option to take on the island trials of Akala. The next plot marker is in front of Mallow's trial. That's where you meet Colress.

I thought I was a mad scientist with unrealistic goals, but this Professor Nirch is just plain ridiculous.

Colorless notices you and turns around. He talks to you and explains to you a little bit more about Team Nirch. He explains that they are lead by a Professor thst goes by Professor Nirch. He also explained their system of higherarchy. They have admins, one per region, and a set a mount of grunts depending on their liability. One is the least for the more slothful admins and seven is the max for the most trusted admins. The admins are the professor's grunts and he/she can call on them whenever he/she pleases. There is nothing known about the identity of the Professor. Colress takes his leave.

The map now shows UlaUla island and allows you to fly there on Pidgiot. But there is one side plot you can get to. After you talk to Colress our can go back to Kiawe's area to find Alexa not there. You can talk to Kiawe and you learn some more information on Alexa:

Alexa is a strange soul. Her parents died quick leaving her with her little brother. She had to grow up quickly to care for him. She was only four at the time and her brother was two. She was on a boat here's, actually, with per parents on vacation when she died. They arrived here in Akala and she didn't know what to do. She stayed with us until she grew up to seven years old. Her brother, Alex, was only five. They went back to their home. She told me it was somewhere in Unova but I don't know. Sometimes I wonder what she's been up to. It was nice to see her again after so long.
