When arriving in Striaton City you can see Josh leading Betsy into a cafe. They both are wearing normal clothing and Josh pulled his hair back to make himself appear decent and not like a thug. You are supposed to follow them in. Josh sees you and waves you over to the table. Betsy doesn't know who you are until Josh says you're name.

Hey! It's you! Thanks for bringing me back here to Betsy! I owe ya major!

Oh? That boy/girl is back? Thank you so much! Whatever can we do to repay you?

You do the tripledot textbox to convey speaking. Without a choice by the player you tell them about everything happeneding this far and you ask them to rebel against Team Nirch. There was a silence and Betsy's Dedenne jumped onto the table.

Quit Team Nirch? But Alexa promised me my eyes....

I was only in Team Nirch because Alexa promised me I would find Betsy some day after she unties the world. But I don't need her anymore. Betsy is right here next to me.

Betsy nodded and you've now earned a favor from the couple. Your next And last plotpoint in Kalos before having to return to Unova to beat Alexa is to find Colress. He was your most trusted ally so far and you needed him for the end, if Alexa was really that strong.

At Laverre city you can see Colress walking towards the pokeball factory. You follow him and see him gazing st the building. He senses you're Presance. 

Hello,we meet again. It's been a while. How are you? Stronger? Good. If you plan on taking on Professor Alexa Nirch I suggest you bring your Pokémon to level One hundred first. It's impossible to get past her if you don't. She has several people doing her bidding. If you want to try and take on everyone she has including her you'd have to be the strongest trainer In the world. I'll be with you when you face her, but I can't promise that I'd Ben bale to take on many of her grunts. Hopefully you've gained some allies. Perhaps some favors. I'll see you in Unova.

With that he presses a button on a wrist gadget and teleports to Unova. You can now fly to every region to collect people for favors. So far the possible people you have gathered are N, Alex, Colress, Fang, Josh, and Betsy garunteed. But the possible ones thst you could have snagged are Cilan, Chili, Cress, Emmet, And Ingo.

In Johto you can go back to New Bark Town and find Silver. If you Battle him one-on-one with his level seventy Feraligatr. In Sinnoh you can collect Barry if you've completed his sidequest and done at least one of the double battles possible. You can also collect Volkner and Flint if you've beaten the Sinnoh elite four already. In Hoenn you can collect Steven and Wallace if you've beaten the Hoenn elite four. In Kanto you can find Red on Mount Silver and battle him for his favor. In Kalos you can find Korrina on the top of the Tower of Mastery. If you show her you can Mega Evolve one of your Pokémon you can earn her favor. In Alola if you did Mina's side quest and went on her side in her fight with Mariah you can redeem your favor. You can also find Olivia And if you show her your z-ring she'll offer you her service. And finally, in Unova you can redeem Bianca's favor if you've battled her five times prior. 

You only need a total of thirteen favors to end the game with a single battle and only face Alexa, but any less would mean an extra battle you have to go through before Alexa. Of course, you can go after all the favors because with each new favor the people give you a rare candy. Only when your whole team is level one hundred can you fly to a new, secret location on the Unova map just hidden in the center of the White forest.
