As soon as the player lands on PoniPoni they are stopped by Drake. He has his sunglasses on correctly and a bright red N is shining through his now unbuttoned Alolan shirt. His fedora was skewed on his head.
What did I tell ya about not wanting to have to cross you. Figures you wouldn't listen. You had to bug Jason, Ali, and Ari, didn't ya? I really didn't want to have to do this...but....
Drake puts down his surfboard and walks towards you ominously. His Glasses fall down revealing his chocolate eyes. Aria and Alice come from behind and grab both of your arms in place. {this is a cutscene btw} He starts grabbing your poke balls one by one. But Kenneth he cannot take. He scoffs and snaps. The two girls let you drop to the ground. Jason appears behind them, helojg carry the five poke balls. Without so much as a word, Team Nirch stole your Pokémon.
The Pokémon they couldn't take was either the one could carrying the stone the blind girl gave you or the one with the highest affection towards you. The cutscene ends and you stand up. You are allowed to walk around where you are. The next plot point is at the resteraunt in Seafolk Village. You meet up with Hau and Lillie. You eat and while doing so you can choose if you want to tell them about your robbery or not. Either way they find out and get mad at Team Nirch.
The next plotpoint is right after you leave. Hau and Lillie are still in the resteraunt when Jason I saw back for more trouble. He forces you to battle one on one. He uses your starter, but now at level fifty five. You have to try until you beat him. When you do win Jason is about to yell at you. But Alexa appears. He sees her shilouette and runs.
Alexa walks up behind you on a white lab coat buttoned up to cover her clothes underneath entirely. The only new thing is thst you can see her black boots on her fat body. Her copper hair is resting on her shoulders. She walks over to you.
I did warn you about Team Nirch. They won't stop to get their goals. At least you have a Pokémon left at your side. But I doubt it will do you any good. In Hoenn they have more reinforcments. If you want to stop them, Kalos is your next stop. But first I'd like to see how long you can stand with one Pokémon.
Without another word Alexa challenges you to a battle, but not before healing your Pokémon. You only have one and she has six Pokémon. All of her Pokemon were level seventy. It was impossible to beat Alexa, Andy even if you were close to winning she'd beat you anyway by one hit KOing your Pokémon with a garunteed first move. Her team, again, were all Unova-exclusive Pokémon.
Alexa gives you a King's Rock for luck and dissapears. There are sidequests on PoniPoni before you ride to Kalos. You can find Colress at Exeggutor Islands. He is looking curiously at the Alolan Pokémon and he ask so you a question.
How do you suppose it isn't possible for Exeggutor to be so different in two places? The environment could affect them, but to gain an entirely different type? Does this make sense to you?
No matter what you answer Colress would just change topic and notice your lack of Pokémon. If you did complete his sidequest on UlaUla island he will give you a level ten Mimikyu to get you back on your feet. If you didn't he will give you a set of ten ultra balls.
You can also to the island challenge and battle in the battle tree to level up your singular Pokémon you have left. And that Mimikyu if you received it. At the battle tree there are more trainers.
The other sidequest is for Mariah. She and Mina are having an arguement over Mina's fashion taste and depending on whose side you take, you battle the other. If you win this battle the other person will give you a great amount of cash.
You can now fly to Kalos.
