Tiffany's POV

I walked down the stairs.

Early morning getting ready to go to school.

My parents weren't home again.

They've been working a lot lately.

At least that's what they've been telling me.

Ever since I had been staying over Justin's a lot more they've gotten a lot closer.

It kind of made me really sad though.

That the time they were happiest was when I wasn't around to bother them.

I sighed.

Grabbing a quick snack before I left the house.

As I walked outside I saw Jessica's car in the driveway.

She smiled at me.

I smiled back.

It wasn't the greatest smile but smiling wasn't something I could really do right now.

With Justin out my life what use was there to smile.

I walked over to her car.

Getting in the passenger's side.

Closing the door behind me.

"You're back from hiding" She said with a smile.

I looked at her confused.

"Huh?" I asked.

"Over Justin's" She said while giggling.

I sighed.

"Oh right" I said dryly as I put my seat belt on.

Jessica began to drive.

"What's with you? You seem all depressed?" Jessica asked still looking at the road.

I looked over at the window.

"Justin and I broke up" I said.

She gasped.

"Oh my God, I'm so sorry, Tiffany" She said.

"Me too" I replied still looking over at the window.

The sun shining bright through the dark clouds.

Dark clouds means rain.

Great now it'll be even more depressing with the rain.

"Did he break up with you? Because if he did I will kick him where no guy wants to be kicked" She said angrily.

I laughed.

Jessica has to be the best friend ever.

"No I broke up with him, but I feel really stupid about it now that I think back on it" I replied.

"Then why'd you do it?" She asked.

I sighed.

Why did I do it?

Honestly I'm not even sure anymore.

Because of his ex?

Because of the things he's put me through?

"I don't even know anymore" I said.

She sighed as well.

Pulling up to the school.

"Well then maybe you should talk to him" She said.

I looked down.

"But I'm too afraid to, he probably hates me now" I said.
