Chapter Twenty-Six : The Big Question

Justin's POV

Alex drove us back to his place.

We both ran inside his bathroom.

"So where's your black dye?" I asked.

"Right over here" He said.

Picking it out of his cabinet.

I grabbed it.

Then looked over at him.

"Why are you still here?" I asked.

He laughed.

"Just wanna make sure you're really dying it. I know you love that red hair" He replied.

I laughed.

"I know but it's for Tiffany, this red hair is just crazy, dying it black would be much more mature. She'll take me seriously that way" I replied.

He shrugged.

"So you're really going to ask her to marry you?" He asked.

"That's the plan" I replied.

That actually was the plan.

I was going to dye my hair.

Which I'm about to do.

Go buy the most beautiful ring for Tiffany.

Show up at her school when it's over and propose to her.

Now the only problem with that seems to be that I've got to make it there before 2:20.

It was 12:45 now.

So much to do so little time.

"Now shoo" I said as I kicked Alex out the bathroom.

He laughed as I kicked him out.

Shutting the door behind him.

I then began doing the dying process.

And trust me I've done this several times so I know what I'm doing.

The only thing I hated doing was waiting.

I'm not really all that patient.

But looks like I'll be doing a lot of that lately.

I sat on the toilet.

Waiting and waiting.

I kept looking back at the time.

Hoping it would move a little faster so I could the dying process over with.

But then wishing it would move slower so I could make it to Tiffany's school on time.

I sighed.

Waiting there.

Then it was finally.

My hair was finally dry.

Seeing my new look in the mirror.

My hair.

It was like pitch black.

But it was amazing.

"Alex" I yelled.

"Coming" He said.

Then busted in the bathroom.

He saw my new hair.

"Damn, Justin" He said as he walked in.

Looking into the mirror with me.

"Does it look alright?" I asked.

"It looks great, I'm sure Tiffany will love it" He replied.
