His hands were now vagabonding through each curve of her body, causing her to whimper in pleasure. Severus' lips were sucking on the skin of her neck while his bulge was perpetually grinding against Hermione, teasing her senses.
The first kiss should be tender, short, simple, yet once two passionate souls meet - seeking desperately for the other's touch and warmth - an explosion of destructive endless lust - like lava erupting from a volcano - sweep the two wizards away.
Lowering his hand towards her thigh - lifting it and placing it around his waist - Severus hoisted the lustful witch against the wall, pressing her against it. His tongue now lingered on her collarbone causing her to wince. Tugging on her shirt enough to reveal her cleavage, Severus traced his demanding tongue on her plump breast, kissing it lovingly.
Hermione arched her back, needing to be touched. She pressed her calves against his thighs, beckoning him to get even closer to her.
"Hermione I..."
"Miss Granger what an unexpected surprise! I was even considering calling Vinky to come and pick you up." Smiled Dumbledore, sitting back down in his chair, "funny how time has an interesting way of meddling with people's lives, don't you think?"
Raising an inquisitive eyebrow and her headmaster, she joined the chair in front of his desk, "Sir, I believe someone is suppressing my memories. You see, there are things, important and valuable information that I seem to forget. I only recently recalled that Severus died due to Nagini's venom and the conversation we had at the Shrieking Shake is blurry."
Humming was his only response much to Hermione's annoyance. Before she could open her mouth to protest the door swung open, revealing the tall dark figure she fantasises about.
"You wished to see me, Albus?" Asked Severus, directing his step towards them, "Ms Granger" he acknowledged, trying his hardest to contain the fire that had flared up from within when his eyes had found hers.
"Indeed Severus, I believe something far much serious than the war is occurring inside our sacred walls at Hogwarts." He waved at the potion master to sit beside his student, "Severus, what do you know about the Anima Vinctum Vow?"
Hermione's eyes widened in fear. She tried to penetrate the headmaster's mind and beg him to stay quiet, yet his walls were - as her husband had told her - unbreakable.
"Its dark magic Albus, I'm not sure speaking about such in presence of a student is opportune." His baritone voice scowled, feeling uneasy about the question.
Standing up and walking towards the far end of the corridor, Dumbledore brought with him a small box and placed it on the table before them. "I would like Miss Granger to hear what you know about this vow Severus."
Utter turmoil, that's what Hermione was feeling at that moment. While Snape appeared stunned, unable to form a word, the headmaster kept his gaze on the box, trying his hardest to avoid her amber orbs.
"During ancient times, witches and wizards were forced to marry under the Soul-Bound Vow to prevent extramarital situations. Thaddeus Ulrik was one of the darkest wizards of all time. It was said that he heard demonic voices, whispering him to do ill. That's how he came across the Anima Vinctum. Many people died, unable to resist the desires of the flesh, while others lived, as the muggle say 'happily ever after'. However, there has been no registered cases of such vow in the 21st century." Severus explained, looking back in forth between the now-pale woman beside him and Albus. "Remind me again why you call me for?"
"Miss Granger?" Spoke worryingly Dumbledore, noticing how considerably pale Hermione had become since her potion master - husband in another timeline - had spoken. "I know this is a lot to take in but something far more powerful than anything else we have seen before is happening."
Hermione looked up at her headmaster, her eyes filled with tears, her left hand incessantly trembling. "Why would...it doesn't make sense!"
"Albus, what's going on?" Panicked Severus, grabbing instinctively Hermione's hand. A thrill rushed through his body at the contact of her skin. She fitted perfectly well in his hand as if she was the missing piece to his endless puzzle.
"I believe it is Hermione's decision to tell you, as I'm only her messenger."
All eyes were on her, and at that moment - cornered - she realised that she had no other choice.
She had to tell Severus the truth, even if it meant violating the rules of time traveling and losing him forever.
