Chapter 27

*Sara's POV*

Me and Meygan lay on opposite beds in the just bought hotel room.

"It was fun while it lasted." Meygan says shoving a spoonful of Ben and Jerry's vanilla ice cream in her mouth.

*knocking*

"Meygan? Sara? We know you guys are in there." Matt says through the door and you could tell he was crying. "Just let me and Hayes in so we can get a better understanding."

We ignore it and the knocking dies down

'You and Cam. In here. Now!' I text Gabby.

5 minutes later both of them say in the room.

"Me and Sara made up our minds. we want to go home. There's nothing here holding us back. And it would be awkward going to conventions with the guys there." Meygan says

"Really?" Cameron says

"Yeah, we thought about it. And thought about it again. And again. We are pretty sure." I say

"You can't! not without me you can't!" Gabby says demanding

"What?" Cameron says grabbing her hands.

"I know but these are my best friends, I can't let them go home without me!"

Gabby says caressing his face.

He pouts and crosses his arms

"So what's the plan?" Cameron says

"We booked a flight at 8:30 tonight and our parents already know and our bags are packed." Meygan says

"So you want me to take you?" he asks

"Pretty much." I say rubbing the back of my neck

"But the guys don't even know you're leaving and if they find out...." he trails

"Please," Meygan says "we need to do this. Get out of here."

"What happened?" He questions.

We sat there and let it all out.

"So these girls have been harassing you for a little over a month?"

We nod

"And has it ever occurred to you guys that you tell Matt an Hayes?"

"That would have just created more drama and I'm done with it." I say

"Okay! fine! get ready. We have to move quick." he says

*Meygan's POV*

We gather our stuff quickly race towards Cameron's rental car to avoid the guys.

On the way there Cam and Gabby sit up front and hold hands the whole way through. Me and Sara rest our heads on the window and flash back to the memories we had.

Taking long walks on the beach, having fun at conventions, long nights in the hotel room watching moves, and the countless hours Matt and Hayes would watch Gossip Girl with us.

Before I know it we pull up to the airport and walk to the gates and check ins

We finally make it to the gate with 20 minutes left before boarding.

The four of us sit in the chairs and Gabby and Cameron talk and me and Sara go throughout our pictures with them

"Flight 352 to Florida now boarding. Flight 352 to Florida now boarding"

We all rise from the chairs and I run in and hug Cameron.

"Thank you," I say with a tear drop rolling down my eyes "for everything. You were the brother I never had. Always there to take care of me."

"An just bc we won't see each other that often anymore doesn't mean I won't be there for you anymore. I will always be here." he says and I let go of him and he wipes the tears from my eyes.

Sara hugs Cameron and Gabby and him talk.

"We aren't broken up, we just won't see each other as often. I love you. Thank you for doing this. And risking your friendship with the guys." Gabby says

"I love you. And anything for my girls." he says and we do a group hug.

"We seriously have to go. Bye Cameron." Gabby says and they hug one last time and we board the plane.

*Cameron's POV*

I stood at the gates until I see their plane take off. And they did.

Tears roll down my eyes and I walk back to my rental. The whole way back to the hotel I cried and when I pull up, I wipe away the tears and suck it up.

I walk into what used to be Meygan and Matt's room and Matt and Hayes lay on the bed crying.

"Have you heard from the girls?" Matt asks

"Um, yeah." I say and sit at the desk chair.

"And?" Hayes says "what did they say?"

"Um..." I say trailing "they left."

"Yeah we know, they're in the room down the hall." Hayes says

"No. I mean. Gone, as in they left for Florida." I say

"What?" Hayes says hurt and crying

"How do you know?" Matt says crying

"Because....." I say

They stare at me waiting for an answer

"Because, I took them to the airport. I brought them there." I say fighting back the tears.

Matt shoots up and grabs me and slams me against the wall.

"What the h*ll man?! You're the reason why they left. You basically let them go. And what about you Gabby? you shipped her off too?" he says still pinning me against the wall

"We will never forgive you for this!" Hayes says and they both run out of the room.

I bury my head in my hands and cry

"What have I done?"
