Chapter 32

*Sara's POV*

"Meygan! You made it! I'm so happy you are here!" a cute guy greets us when we walk in which I assume is Noel.

"Hey Noel, I want you to meet my friends." Meygan says "this is Hayes," she says and points at Hayes.

"Yo!" Hayes says holding up a peace sign

"This is my best friend Sara." she says pointing at me and I wave awkwardly

"And this is my boyfriend Matt." she says pointing at him "who you already know."

"Hey." Matt says kinda rude and Meygan gives him a look

The boardwalk was closed of for the party and the rides were open. The had the Ferris wheel and other rides open as well.

Hayes grabs my hand and we run to the Ferris wheel

"Lets go to the Ferris Wheel!" he says and he basically drags me off

*Meygan's POV*

Noel was hanging around me and Matt and I could tell Matt was getting annoyed.

"So when are you guys going back?" Noel asks

"I think we're going to leave tomorrow and just buy a room for tonight" I say as we walk past all the whack a mole type games.

"Well I got to go say hey to other people. If I don't, people are going to start thinking I'm playing favorites." he said and winked at me.

I know Matt saw it so I acted like I didn't and continued to walk.

"You know I don't like him." he said as we pass the cotton candy stand

"I know, but you don't have to. Remember I'm yours." I say stopping to look at him and hug him using my tippy toes

He hugs me back but I knew it wasn't truly.

"Matt stop it!" I say to him

"What?" he asks confused.

"Just stop being so jealous. I just hugged you and you can tell you're still mad. You didn't hug me like you normally do with passion. I have told you a million times and will tell you again, I love you. And only you, me and Noel are just friends, nothing more." I say "and even if he did like me like that-" I say but he interrupts me

"Which he does." he says

"Okay, I don't like him." I say "I love you, more than you will ever know." I say standing face to face with him running my hands through his hair.

He runs his hands on my back and kisses me on the lips softly

"I love you more than you will ever know."

*Hayes' POV*

Me and Sara run to the Ferris Wheel and ride like 5 times. We are riding for the 6th time right now and every time gets better. But this time, it was different. This time we got stuck at the top. The ride broke down

"Oh my god Hayes! the ride stopped!" Sara says panicking.

"Sara, lets not see this as a bad thing" I say with a smirk on my face "lets just enjoy it." I say and lean back and wrap my arm around her.

"It's so pretty out." she said looking out into the city and the city lights

"Yeah, but not nearly as pretty as you." I say kissing her cheek.

She turned to me and kissed me. Eventually, she ended up sitting on top of me and stroking my hair while we kissed.

All of a sudden, while we were making out, the ride jolts forwards and moves again. I guess Sara got scared and she bit my bottom lip.

"Oh Hayes, I'm sorry!" she said

"It's alright," I say looking into her eyes and removing a curl from her face and behind her ear "as long as I'm with you, I'm okay." I say and smile.

*Meygan's POV*

Matt and I stopped so he could play a basketball shooting game thing, I don't know. He said he wanted to win a little penguin stuffed animal for me. That was sweet.

"I got this babe!" he would tell me.

"Okay!" I say and while he does his thing, I check my phone. Ryan has not stopped texting me. I ignored the first text, and every one he had sent to me since then but he won't stop and leave me alone. I'm just gonna stick to the plan and avoid him, forever, and ever.

But the time I had checked all the messages, Matt had finished and walked over to me with a little stuffed penguin.

"Aweeeee matttttt!" I say and look up at him "it's so cute thank you."

"I told you I'd get it for you." he says and kisses my cheek. "It's almost 11, where are Sara and Hayes?"

"Here we are!" Sara says coming up to us holding Hayes' hand

"Perfect timing, I think we better leave, its getting late." Matt says

"Yeah, you're right lets go." I say and we all walk head towards the exits.

"Hey Meygan!" I hear someone say, Noel.

"Oh hey Noel we were just on our way out." I say but Matt keeps walking with Sara and Hayes

"Oh hey, I didn't catch your number! I need it, just in case there's a chance I'm in your territory any time soon." He says

"Uhh, yeah sure." I say and pull out my phone. We exchange numbers and I quickly hug him and say goodbye.

I rejoin the group who was waiting for me at the entrance and Sara pulls me aside, "he's still looking at you," she whispers

I turn to see that it was true, he was staring at me. I politely smile back and catch up to Matt.

"So what's next Captain? shall we go to the hotel now?" Sara says to Hayes and he says yes so we all race to my car and head for a near by hotel.
