Chapter 11

*Matt's POV*

I sat in the hospital chairs across from Meygan's room with my hands shaken, holding my face up.

Meygan was in the hospital with three broken ribs, damage to the skull and minor cuts and bruises.

The damage in the skull was not that harmful, but still harmful.

The doctor comes out with her head shaking in disappointment.

I rise to my feet

"How's she doing?" I ask.

"Not really good, she's not responding to any of the medicines we gave her and hasn't woken up for the times she's been here."

4 days, 23 hours, and 37 minutes.

The guys have known for the longest and every day to check up they bring some teddy bears and 'get better soon' balloons.

"You can go see her if you'd like," the doctor says "I doubt you'll get anything out of it though"

Well thanks. Way to boust my faith up.

I step into the room and stop suddenly.

I couldn't bear to see her with the cords and the heart monitor going off.

I sit in the chair next to her and grab her hand. Her cold, hand. I began to cry and rest my head on her chest.

"It'll be okay Meygan, you'll get over this." I say while crying my heart out.

I lay there for about a moment and hear a voice.

"I know it will. Because you're here with me" meygan says still with her eyes closed.

My head shoots up and I look at her.

"Meygan?"

"Yeah Matt?"

"Holy cow you're wake! you're awake."

I jump up and down

"Doctor! Doctor! she's awake!" I say jumping out the room and signaling the doctor over.

"Guys she's up we have for to give her the medicine before she falls asleep again!" He say "excuse me but you'll have to wait in the halls"

"But I've got to stay with her." I say pouting.

"Well I'm sorry sir, but rules are rules!" He says

"Don't worry Matt, I'm not going anywhere." She says making me feel 10000.9999999 times better.

"Okay!" I say kissing her forehead and walking out of the room as I wave goodbye.
