Hey guys! Sorry I know it has been awhile since I updated or posted, but hopefully, two full chapters will make up for it.
Twenty minutes later and Dawson was awake, the boys were more than ready to knock him out again, luckily Jace's face healed quickly. The blue-haired boy sat up and wiped his face with his hands, "Kayla?" He asked in confusion, "Wait we didn't, do anything right?" I let out a small laugh. "No, not beside us dancing." He raised an eyebrow. "And kissing he added."
Aden cleared his throat behind me, I looked back at Dawson and his flirty expression was now pure anger, "Is she okay? Is he fucking dead, if not I'll fix that." He stood up and I pushed him back down on the couch. "Aden knocked him out, and we brought her home this morning."
"You don't understand, he's an alpha he'll do whatever it takes to get to his mate, especially now that she's been marked but they haven't had sex," Dawson replied worriedly.
"Wait, he's an alpha?" Jace asked, "I guess, I didn't exactly have time to ask him while I was pinned against the wall," Aden and Dawson's face looked grim. "We need to find Paige... Now." Jace said in a rushed tone.
After multiple calls from both, Dawson and I, we finally got ahold of Paige, she's at the police station. We got there rather quickly and jumped out of the car, as we made our way to the police station I noticed it was oddly busy. Aden held open the door for us as we walked in, cops were rushing around with paperwork, the phone was ringing off the hook.
I looked to my left and noticed a cop had someone slammed against a wall, "It wasn't me just calm down will you?" Whoever was up against the wall was begging. "Shut the fuck up Dog." The cop spat, his eyes started to glow red at the 'dog' comment.
I quickly made my way over, "Hey, ease up!" I shout in hopes the cop would back off, I was wrong. "Fuck off, little girl, I'm a cop let me do my job." The officer spat.
"Your job is to protect not attack unnecessarily." He had already cuffed the supposed suspect, "What is being booked for?" I asked. The cop rolled his eyes. "None of your business."
"Just tell me," I said with my hands in a fist by my side, "He got into it with someone at a party last, night attempted battery." Any relation to the party I was at last night.
"Could have been self-defense," The cop sighed. "Doesn't really concern you does it?"
"What was the guy's name?" I asked the 'suspect'. "Some asshole named Nick, he obviously woke up from someone knocking his ass out, I asked if he was okay and he pushed me, so I lost my temper... He threatened to kill me, I tried to leave he punched me. We ended up on the front lawn and when the cops showed up I was the one taken in."
"You can book him for self-defense. What's your name?" I asked. "Milo."
"Look, little girl, I'm taking him in for whatever the fuck I need too, he is obviously dangerous."
I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, "This is how it's gonna go, you're gonna either let him out of the handcuffs and apologie for using brute force when he was obviously obeying, or you won't I'll call my dad, or better yet my uncle from out of town and you'll be fired." I crossed my arms and raised an eyebrow at the cop.
He let out a laugh, "Who do you think you are?"
"For one, the Alpha's daughter, Alpha Asher, to be exact he is actually really good friends with the DA and I'm the niece of Alpha Hayden. He owns this building." I stated.
