When I first made my YouTube account, I was fifteen. And my best friend: Brendon Urie, was standing next to me the whole time.

I entered it smiling as Brendon patted my shoulder.

After about a week of making videos I had gained over 10,000 subscribers.

I blew up out of nowhere.

Now I'm seventeen, two years after I had started my YouTube channel.

I loved it, people at school even loved it.

And I'm happy I finally found somewhere, where I can be me.

However...they don't know me at all...yet.

I pulled out my camera and checked my watch: 11:34pm. I was going to try and not make much noise as I filmed this.

But it had to be out there. I've kept the biggest secret from all my fans for almost three years now.

I pressed record on the camera and took a deep breath which I was too lazy to edit out.

"Hey boys, girls, and anyone else otherwise identified. It's Ryan, again." I took a deep breath and felt tears build up behind my eyes. "You've seen the title. I've kept my biggest secret from, everyone of you, and even-" I felt a tear roll down my cheek. "My best friend. I've talked about him, his names Brendon."

"This is my 'coming out' video. I guess." I bit my lip and looked at the ceiling feeling more tears roll down my cheeks. "It's stupid, I shouldn't be crying on camera." I took a deep breath and looked at the camera again.

"I hope you all support me after this, h-here we go." I took a deep breath (again) and put my hand through my hair.

"I'm gay."
