Chapter 6 - Betrayal

After I had lunch with David and my brothers, we all kind of hung out. That was until I had to go to cheerleading practice at 5:00pm. David told me that he was gonna take me and come watch me. Apparently, my brothers had 'something to do'.

So, now I'm heading to my room to get ready. I take a shower then, put some glitter lotion on. I put my practice clothes on then put my hair in a ponytail with a bow. Then, I pick up my pom poms. As soon as I'm done, I find David downstairs waiting for me.

Before I head out, I text Amber and make sure she she knows I'm still picking her up. When she answers with a yes, I tell David I'm ready to go. He takes a hold of my hand then walks out toward the front door. We have a huge brick mansion so it's a double door. He takes me to his Rolls-Royce. He opens the passenger side for me. I slid in and then he closes the door for me. I watch him go around to his side and get in and close the door.

"Thanks David, but you didn't have too you know." I say quietly.

"Well, as long as I'm with you.... everything is alright with me so no need to thank me." He says sincerely. He is so wonderful, I don't get how he loves me. He is way better than me. I guess the heart wants what the hearts wants and you can't do anything about it.

"Hey, can you go pick up Amber for me...." I say. Then I tell him the directions. In the middle of telling him, he takes my hand and intertwine our fingers.

When we get there, Amber immediately waltzes out. When she sees David, she looks confused but automatically adds more swing of the hips to her step. I roll my eyes. I'm sick of her flirting with MY man. When she gets in the car, she looks at us then immediately shifts her eyes to our intertwined fingers. She automatically glares.

Yeah bitch, he is mine.

"Hey David, thanks for giving me a ride." She says then winks at him. I stare in disbelief.

Did she mean now or did he fuck her? Well there is only one way to find out....

"David, did you fuck Amber?" I ask sadly and still in dis belief.

"No baby, I would never." He says. I look at him, but Amber has this smug look on her face. I let go of his hand, puff, then stare out the window thinking for the rest of the way.

Both of them betrayed me. If he really did that then, I don't care how much I love him. We're done. As for Amber, this is the last day I'm talking to her. Me and her are done. She betrayed me. She sees me happy and she knows I have a crush on him. She is such a bitch. Fuck her. And if David messed with her, fuck his ass too.

"Hey, Bria we're here." When I notice we stopped, David is holding the door open for me and Amber is no where in sight.

"Leave me alone David just go home." I say almost in tears. My vision starts to blur. I start to walk but I am gently yanked by the arm and I land into a firm chest.

"Bria, no. Baby, I always loved you. I never did anything with that girl or any other girl. She tried to do disgusting things with me babe but I always said no. I could only picture you, only you." He said. The tears were running freely as he lifted my chin up so I can look into his eyes. He looked so sincere. He wiped my tears away then hugged me.

"Really?" I mumbled into his chest.

"Really babe, now let's go in there because they need their captain." He says motivating me. I nod and gently pull back. I fix myself up a bit then go to practice with me head held high. The whole time, Amber glares at me in jealousy.

(Amber's POV)

I can NOT believe that bitch took him.

I've always liked him and now all of a sudden, she steals him away from me. I have been working so hard for him to come crawling to me. I was almost there. No worries. I will just have to work extra hard at it.

Every since I met her, she has always taken what belonged to me. The leaderships. The only thing that belongs to her is this good grades she gets. I hate her. She thinks she is so perfect. Well, I'm going to teach her. She is always first, but his time it's gonna be me. I'm going to beat her and she doesn't even know what's coming for her. Watch out Wilson! It's time to finally lose.
