Epilogue

It is three months after the explosion in HQ that killed Talon Claw and Penny Brown. Three months of grieving, but three months of change. That day, their actions changed a lot in the world. Of course it was all over the news, that the second in command to MAD had switched sides and became a martyr, but that it was a new day for all agencies everywhere. Now, the HQ has different procedures, and a remembrance day for the time everything changed. A week afterwards, the scientists at HQ had finished the cure and restored the President's memory to normal.

Today is the funeral of the two heroes. Talon, who could've been selfish and let the other agents perish and only save his love, and Penny, the girl who always saw the good in everyone. There was one face missing from the ceremony. That face, was Claw. I don't think that surprised anyone really, but the reason for this was after his nephew's death his lair was found and he was taken into custody and eventually executed - as the only things found after the explosion were Talon's metal arm - (which contained a note of everything his Uncle had done to him and others, his Uncle's strengths, weaknesses and base locations so the agents of HQ could find him) - and Penny's Code-X gloves. Both of these things were now on display in the HQ, and many many bouquets of flowers laid beside them.

But back to the funeral. Every single agent was there - including Will, Kayla, Pasha, and surprisingly Mal. Inspector Gadget was there, wiping some tears, and Brain in a black fedora to mark the occasion.

The bodies of the two teenagers were laid together, and a few personal belongings placed in. Some red hair ties for Penny, some rocket boots for Talon. Penny's photo-book, Talon's hairgel. After the mourning, people went to party.

Party? Why would you party on this occasion? You may be thinking. The party was not celebrating their death - it was celebrating the new day for the world.

Our two special lovebirds are going to be together for eternity, and never, ever forgotten.
