Matt and I messed around town for hours. He made me forget about everything and just to focus on the fun we were having. It was dark when we got back to the hotel.
"Thanks for cheering me up Matt." I said hugging him.
"Anytime Jenna." He said hugging me back.
He went to his hotel room so I went to mine and saw Jasmine and Mahogany playing cards.
"Finally you're back! I called you like a million times!" Jasmine said.
"Sorry, I left my phone here." I said walking over to it.
"We're leaving for New Jersey tomorrow afternoon." Mahogany said placing down a card.
I decided to pack my things tonight since I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep much. I was still packing when Mahogany and Jasmine fell asleep. I took two sleeping pills and laid down and stared at the ceiling. I looked over and saw my phone light up. I picked it up and squinted my eyes at the bright light. I had a text from Matt.
•Matt: You awake?
•Jen: Yeah, I'm not going to be able to sleep
•Matt: Why not?
•Jen: I have insomnia
Matt agreed to text me all night until I fell asleep. We talked until I finally fell asleep at five in the morning. I woke up at seven and tried to go back to sleep, but I knew I wouldn't be able to. I heard Jasmine's alarm go off and she groaned. I got out of bed and changed into my red hoodie and a pair of black leggings.
"When are we leaving?" Jasmine mumbled.
"Within the hour." I yawned putting my hair up in a bun.
I didn't bother to put on makeup. I woke Mahogany up while Jasmine was getting ready. When the three of us were ready, we decided to go ahead and head to the airport. We got there and waited for the rest of the boys to get there. Once everyone was at the airport, we went through security and boarded the plane. My seat was between Jasmine and Matt. Behind me was Carter, his girlfriend, and Jack G. I sighed an cleared my head as the pilot told us to buckle up. Jasmine leaned her head on the window and went back to sleep.
