Samaira glanced over her shoulders one more time before leaving the washroom- NEITHER ARM HAD ANY TATTOOS!

She ran out to the lobby and held her head between her hands, "yeh mujhse kitni badi galti ho gayi! My God! Dev and Rehaan are two different people, and all along I have been thinking it is the same guy.....I am such an idiot! Aur uss din Rehaan ke saath date par bhi chali gayi......lekin Rehaan ne mujhe Samaira ke naam se kaise pehchaana? How does Rehaan know me and my name? This is all so confusing," she shut her eyes to clear her thinking. A part of her was relieved that Dev and Rehaan were two different people. Her dream of falling for a superhero had been shattered, but for some reason she was not disappointed- she was glad Dev was just Dev.....and not someone else.....that made him more real.....more human......and more cherished.

"Let's go Sonakshi! We are late!" A stern looking Dev, deliberately avoiding eye contact with Samaira, came out wearing the new orange shirt with his black trousers. He had to abandon his tie and jacket as they did not go well with the shirt.

Samaira gave him an admiring look and followed him silently. She tried to match his swift footsteps, "please wait for me Dev,' she pleaded.

Dev looked over her shoulder, "You need to be quick Sonakshi!"

Samaira could tell that Dev was still awkward after being caught half naked by her in the restroom. She shook her head and muttered, "kabhi swimming nahin gaya kya yeh aadmi? But it's so cute....I kind of like that about him," she thought and blushed a little.

Their meeting with the Australian clients was a big success to Dev's surprise. The Australians were very laid back and did not care if Dev showed up late for the meeting. They were pleased to see that Dev was not an uptight executive in a three piece suit; instead he wore a trendy shirt and was accompanied by a pretty and vivacious lady. Samaira and the Australian client hit it off very well as they discussed the current India-Australia cricket series in detail. Dev was pleasantly surprised to see that she was so personable and charming with his clients; in fact he barely did any talking during the whole meeting. The clients were very pleased and agreed to sign on the dotted line that same evening, "we would love to do business with you Mr Dixit....we like to work with fun loving people.....you guys are so unlike the typical Nerdy Software companies......where do I sign?"

Dev and Samaira left the meeting with big smiles on their faces.

"Thanks Sonakshi!" Dev said as he walked into the elevator, "looks like your shirt is a good luck charm for me!"

"You are welcome," she smiled, "you know Dev....you look really dashing in this shirt."

"Thanks," Dev blushed a little and lowered his eyes and remembered the scene from the mall. He was in a trance as he thought about the girl who had purchased the shirt for him.....why did it seem to him that she was someone else and not the Sonakshi who was standing in front of him? He shook his head and came back into his senses, "I think I am reading too much into this."

Dev thanked Samaira once again; he was impressed with her customer interaction skills and as they sat in the car he said, "Sonakshi....I would like you to accompany me for more meetings......you are good at marketing......Vicky is very smart, but he is not as clever as you are...I think you make a better sales person," he smiled at her. Samaira was grateful to Dev for acknowledging her skill...she had always been a people person and this was the first time in her life, someone credited her for her talent.
