Chapter Twenty Seven
Syn
It wasn't even an hour before Game and Santana left which made me feel a little bit better about walking around the house. I had to keep myself locked in the room with Gia the whole time trying to keep her quiet from even laughing too long. I tried to keep Santana from thinking that someone else was in here. Knowing his nosey ass he was going to come upstairs and check. My nerves were just super high at the moment. Just the thought of Game's lips linking onto mines sent signals all through my body and that has never happened. Now thinking about it I felt like crap kissing Zeno's brother but not a single nerve in my body wanted to let go. It was like I was practically tied to this dude and I met him a day ago. He may have been like his brother but there was just a big difference between both of them.
I walked back downstairs to see Zeno sitting down on his second plate of the food that I cooked. I just sat there shaking my head at him. I walked over to the stove and already saw the pots completely empty and raised my brow.
"I gave my brother some. He smelled it from the damn living room," I rolled my eyes and looked at the time already seeing six thirty then grabbed my purse.
"So I'm going to have to go, duties calls," I said and he looked at me with these puppy eyes making me pout. I walked over to him sat on his lap and kissed him softly on his greasy lips.
"You going to miss me like that?" I said. He nodded his head and my phone started ringing. I knew that it was Game. I didn't want him to be caught up in being late to work so I had to hurry this thing up and hurry up and get to working. I kissed him again and got up pulling on his goatee and smiling.
"Ay what I told you about that man?" he questioned. I started laughing and walking out the house. I got in my car looking down at the text of his address and this dude practically lived about twenty minutes from where I lived.
I drove all the way to Wynwood to be directed all the way to this building. I parked in the back on the building and made sure I locked my doors and pressed the button a second time just in case because I knew how these people got. Wynwood may have been the art district but it didn't stop people from taking a chick's radio.
Once I got to the entrance I walked inside and it practically felt like I was in a damn office building. It smelled bad and the paint on the walls was starting to peel slowly. I honestly felt disgusted. I looked at the directory and looked down at the names and saw G. Anderson 1310. There was maybe around three names on the directory. I got in the elevator and headed on the third floor and once the door opened there was only two doors on each side on the whole floor 1309 and 1310. There was practically a ceiling. All I saw were pipes running through the ceiling like the constructors forgot all about it. I knocked on 1310 and waited then the door opened and I saw little Gia opening the door.
"Syn!" she yelled hugging my legs and I smiled walking inside and was immediately surprised by the inside of his place. This place was practically two apartments in one. The living room was the size of a one bedroom apartment and it looked over the art district in the best way possible. I walked inside closing the door behind me looking at Gia's toys that made a trail straight to the front of the plasma TV that was hooked to the wall. It was just another add on to the scenery outside. Even though the pipes were running through the ceiling it didn't matter at all, "Come on Syn, I want you to see my room!" Gia said excitedly as she pulled my arm up this long ass flight of stairs and opened the door on the right. It was a beautiful pink and green room that just screamed princess. She had even more toys than in the living room and had an ipad sitting on her dresser like she wasn't five years old. But hey what could I say that was his only daughter.
