Clary POV

I wake in a sprawl as the sun peeks through the curtains and stains my face. I look to my left and curiosity takes over as I don't see Isabelle at my side. I pop up in confusion. I was about to get out of bed when I heard the chreeks of of an old floor board. Suddenly the door glides open and my raven haired beauty stands in the entry. "Morning sleepyhead" She strolls over to me with a tray filled with breakfast and places a gentle kiss on my forehead, letting her lips loiter on my skin. "Hey Iz. What's all of this" I say astonished by her kind gesture. "Just a little thank you for not giving up on me. Giving me another chance. Not many people would do that but you did and I promise you you won't regret it. From now on I want to make you the happiest girl alive." She shows a smile that makes my heart quake. "Love, I gave you another chance because I want you. I want this. And I don't want you to feel like if you aren't constantly doing amazing things for me then I'm automatically going to leave you." She looks at me with sincere eyes and a blanted smile. "I know it's just, I wanna be able to call you mine again and as amazing as you giving me aunother chance is there is no guarantee that if this all goes right that youll want to be my girlfriend again. I just, I want to know your mine and I want you to know that I'm willing to do whatever it takes so that you can be. I'm in this with you this time, 100 percent." I nervously bite my lip not exactly knowing how to respond. "You are so amazing. And sweet heart I can promise you that nothing in this world could make me want to leave you. Especially after how much you've changed. Theres nothing in our way". I take her hands in mine and gently rub my thumb over her hands as I press my lips to her and her natural smell fills my nose and sends me smiling, as mine does to she. "God I've missing that" She says with a sigh and holding on yo me tightly in her arms. "You have no idea" I say I gently fiddle with her fingers, remembering how she loved when I spilt only doing it for my personal intertainent but I guess we both enjoyed it in a way. Ofcourse just as we were getting comfortable my phones ring son the night stand and I unwilling turn to get it. It's a call from Simon. "Oh shit" "What's wrong" I mentally curse myself as I thought I said that in my head. "Simons calling." Her eyes grow wide and she sighs. "Fuck. I'll be in the bathroom. " I slowly send her nod before she hops out of my lap and disappears behind the cornor. "hello" I let out quickly. "And Where the hell are you, Ive been worried fucking sick. I've been calling and calling and you having picked up one god damn time. Explain." Huh. Life. "Last night I was out with Izzy and we lost track of time so I just stayed over." I know this is risky. "Isabelle's. At all people Isabelle. I would rather have you spend a night with the hobo down the street. I swear to God if she touched you-" Just then I cut him off not being able to take it anymore. "Simon enough. Isabelle is not some enemy out of a comic book. So never was. Yeah she did a shitty thing but that doesn't make her a shitty person. I forgave her so you should to." I know this is gonna be hard for him hit it's worth a shot. After a long pause he finally speaks. "Fine. But if she hurts you again I'll kill her. And bring some soup on your way home. Im kinda hungry." And with that he end the call and I sigh in relief that he did not go into an entire rampage about how he was righybandbi was wrong. I really don't see why Simon and Isabelle don't get along because they both act alike. Fisty, witty, Snarky, and Ofcouse my personal favorite (not) stuborness. Iz finally comes back from the bathroom and sits beside me. "Um so I was thinking that we take the trail to your house instead of the car. If you wanna take the car we can but I wanna spend as much time with you as possible before Simon kills me." We both let out a small giggle. "Id love to Izzy. But we're gonna have to start our journey now cuz The Real starts in 1 hour." She smiles that seductive smile and make my heart explode but I quickly gain my composure. "Chop, Chop!" I yell while making my way to her closet. "aye Captain". We both laugh. I really missed this. I really missed her.
