Imagine #11 Ben x Reader

(Spoilers.....duh)

I walked along the train car with my little sister. Clem was so amazed by the inside of it that she didn't stop smiling. We were so close to finding our parents.

"You think Kenny and Lee can get it to work (Y/n)?" Clem asked me.

"I think they can do anything." I reassured her.

At that moment Lee walked in smiled at us. He found us near the beginning and has taken care of us ever since.

"You kids alright? We got it all fixed up and we should be leaving soon." Lee told us.

We both nodded and I saw the rest of the group coming towards the train. We had Katjaa, Kenny, their son Duck, Ben who was new and cute, and Chuck. We used to have Carley and Lilly before Lilly shot her. We let Lilly go on her own.

I felt the train rumble to life, and before I knew it, we were off to Savannah. I sat down beside my sister before she leaned her head on my shoulder. I felt a tap on my other shoulder and looked up. Ben looked down at me before sitting beside me.

I smiled gently and he looked sheepishly at me. He didn't say anything for a little bit but anyways, I was shy.

"Y/n, I know we haven't known each other for long, but in this world, you can't expect anything." He told me.

"I know, that's why I'm glad to have my family here. At least what is left of it." I kissed Clementine's forehead and looked back at Ben.

"Yeah, that's what I wanted to talk to you about. I wanted to know if you'd try and date me?" He asked.

I giggled until I realized that he was serious. I realized that my laugh probably made me sound like a complete and utter asswipe. I thought about it for a moment before replying.

"I would love to, but you gotta work on your game bud." I tell him.

He blushes madly and then right at that moment, Lee walked in.

"You harm her in anyway, I will hurt you the exact same way, just worse." Lee warns him. Ben looked like he was about to shit his pant.

I looked down at Clem and her eyes were extremely wide. From what I deducted from her gaze, she was utterly SHOOK. I chuckled at her state then heard Katjaa speak.

I looked over at her and her son Duck. Duck was still coughing but smiling, and it warmed up my heart. I prayed that he would fight through this.

"You know kids, babies are easy to be made, especially now because of the state of the world. So you two gotta be careful!" Katjaa explained.

Lee looked disgusted. "No no no, they aren't gonna be doing THAT anytime soon are you?" He glared at Ben.

I just laughed my ass off.
