Thanks so much for all the votes for this story, it's been one of my favourite's to write about and my love for Mr Darcy had become so extreme that I just needed to write down everything that I thought of for other stories whilst in the middle of this one. 

It's been an emotional roller coaster from the beginning; trying to find the right song to play in the background to set the tone of the chapter, and deciding what would happen to the main characters by the end of the chapter as well. 

I debated for a long time whether I should have Eve and Rose both die in an attack on the carriage while Eve was in labour or whether she would just die in childbirth, but I felt the story would be too short for it to just end like that for them, so I sort of prolonged their lives just that little bit to round off the chapters. 

Now every time I watch Pride And Prejudice and Zombies, I'll forever think about this story and Fitzwilliam Darcy's backstory and what we know about it, but also what we've created about it as a fandom and I'm genuinely so proud that we as a fandom have such passion for a fictional character of the PERFECT man for anyone. I even read an awesome story of a gay Mr Darcy, so he really is suitable for anyone who wants him.
