Sarah's POV~
I woke up with a pounding headache. When I tried to move my head, I cried out from the awful pain in my neck. I touched the bite mark and removed my hand with speed I had never known before.
Oh my god, I'm actually a vampire! Why did I let this happen? I'm so screwed!
'Hey, calm down. I'm not that bad.' A voice said.
"Hello?" I called out.
'Ehm, I'm not out there, I'm in you head. I am your inner vampire.' The voice said.
"Um, ok?" I replied.
'Trust me, it's not as weird as it seems. Werewolves have inner wolves that speak to them just like I am talking to you.' it explained.
"Do all vampires have an inner vampire?" I asked.
'Nope, just you. You're very special Sarah, you need the extra help and guidance in life.' the voice said.
"Ok..."
'You know you can talk to me in your head, right?' it said with a giggle.
"What? How?" I said out loud again.
'Just thin really hard about what you want to say, but make sure you only say it to me, or Jackson could hear it,' it warned.
'Am..Am I doing it right?' I said in my mind.
'Yup'
'Do you have a name? Because I'm kinda just calling you it, right now.' I said slightly embarrassed.
'Oh! I all most forgot, I'm Kathrine,' Kathrine said.
"Oh, you're awake!" Some random woman said, walking into my room, "I'll go get Derek." Then she was gone.
Why would she get Jackson?
"Thank God you're awake!" Derek said rushing into my room.
"Derek, where's Jackson?" I asked a little worried.
"Sarah, while you were out, the castle was attacked. Jackson is still alive, don't worry, but he is in a coma." he explained.
