Chapter thirteen

I decided to go out for a run. I hadn't been able to do that lately with everything going on, and I felt like I was going to explode if I didn't.
I left my clothes behind a tree, before letting my wolf take over. Consume me.
The ground beneath my paws felt amazing, and everything seemed so much clearer. For once my problems didn't seem to matter, not when everything before me was so beautiful.  I stopped running when I found a little creek, and I took a drink out of it. The cold water down my throat felt good in this heat. I was staring into my reflection in the water, when I heard a growl from behind me. I turned around to see a fairly big, maybe my size, dark brown wolf. Only his eyes, something about them, I've seen them somewhere. I don't know where but I have. He growled again, showing his sharp fangs. I did the same in return. He started circling me, indicating he wanted some kind of fight. I growled, before pouncing. We tumbled down Into the creek, where he tried to snap his jaw on my neck. Which would've Instantly killed me, if I hadn't dodged it, and grabbed his neck in my mouth. I didn't bite down, I wanted to know who this wolf was. But I did add a little pressure letting him know I was willing to kill him if I had too. He showed his neck, in submission, letting me know he gave up. I let him go, and he quickly got out of the water. And then stopped and looked at me. I followed him to a pile of clothes. His, I was presuming. He took the shorts into his mouth and went behind a tree. Leaving his shirt. I took his shirt and went behind another tree. I shifted back, and put his shirt on. It went to mid thigh on my small frame. Something about his scent was familiar. He stepped out from behind the tree, but his back was facing me. "Turn around, reveal yourself." I spoke, in a demanding tone. Slowly he turned around. Revealing a face I thought I'd never see again. My eyes widened in shock, and my mouth slightly agape. "Hey Olivia, long time no see." He said, a slight smirk on his face. "Like wise. Dylan."

I know I know! This is a ridiculously short chapter, but I am currently finishing a drama monologue, and could only squeeze in this little chapter. I'll try and double the length of my next update. Anyway, bare with me, I'm almost on my five day break.
Thanks :)
