Lazy Days.

*a month later*

Jessica's P.O.V

This morning I woke up exhausted, I mean I have been. Both me and Blake. We have been working our butts off taking care of Kade & Nyla, but it's been great. Blake has been the best dad ever. Which I feel bad because last night Kade woke up and started crying and wouldn't stop, and I was so tired I didn't hear a sound, I slept through all of it. But Blake got up to check on Kade, he ended staying up 2 hours with him, and Blake barely got sleep and today he has practice, the season starts next month. That's were he's at right now. He'll be home in about an hour in a half. Poor guy.

Kade is with my dad, because my dad flew out yesterday so he could come and visit Kade and Nyla and give me and Blake a break. But Nyla is actually with Roxy, my sister, she flew out too. Roxy said that her and DJ were going to take Nyla to the zoo and lunch, and to spend the night.

I finally decided to get out of bed to take a shower and just lay around and relax.

After I got out of the shower I threw on a pair of shorts with a clippers sweatshirt, and my hair in a messy bun. I decided to make some popcorn and watch a couple movies.

After making the popcorn, I lit a lavender candle, and dimmed the lights so it could be a little bit darker, and I popped in Temptation by Tyler Perry.

Right in the middle of the movie, the front door opened. It was Blake.

He came over to me and plopped on the couch.

Blake: hey baby

He kissed me.

Me: how was practice?

Blake: exhausting.

Me: how about you go and take a shower and come down and watch movies with me? It will be a movie night.

He smiled. He then went upstairs to shower.

After 20 minutes Blake came back down and brought us a blanket.

He was shirtless, and I couldn't help but stare.

I've been with this man for 4 years and he still amazes me with his body.

He must've caught me staring.

Blake: you like what you see?

He chuckled.

I snapped back into Jessica mode.

Me: uh yeah.. Sorry.

I pressed play on the movie.

Blake: it's distracting, I know.

He winked.

Me: I've seen better.

I laughed, and Blake did a pouty face.

I then kissed him.

Me: Baby you know you have the best body, I've by far EVER seen.

Blake: yeah I know.

He laughed and layed down on the couch and I put my head on his chest.

We were both snuggled up in the blanket watching the movie.

*after the movie*

Blake: Jess it's so quite.

Me: I know, I miss the kiddos.

Blake: me too, but I bet they're having a blast. I know it.

Me: I bet! But we are too!

Blake: that's for sure! That movie was great!

Me: one of my favorites. I cry every time.

Blake: I know, I saw you.

I laughed and smiled.

Blake: what now?

I got up from his chest and say there.

Me: hmmm, I don't know. It's only 7:30.

Blake: I have an idea!

Me: what?

Blake got up and plugged his phone into the doc and played Not a Bad Thing but justin timberlake.

Me: what are we doing?

He came over to me and grabbed my hand.

Blake: let's dance.

Me: Blake you can't dan-

He cut me off.

Blake: shhh, don't worry about that.

He whispered in my ear.

He looked down at me and kissed me.

Blake sang to me, he couldn't sing either but it was cute that he tried.

I sang back.

We then swayed in each other's arms, and Blake kissed my forehead.

Blake: you know I love you?

Me: yes I do, I love you too Blake.

Blake: I guess it wasn't such a bad thing to fall in love with me huh?

He laughed.

Me: no it wasn't.

I looked down and smiled.

Blake lifted my chin and kissed me, he then picked me up and swung me around.

Blake: you'll forever be my baby.

Me: and you'll forever be the love of my life.
