The Prophecy (A Power Rangers Samurai Fan Fic)

Surprise Visitors

Once Ryan and Natalie exited the mal, they heard the familiar sounds of people crying in fear. They gave each other a stern look and dashed towards the shouts.

    They found the Rangers surrounding a Nighlok. Craters covered the Nighlok's body as the crater's spewed fire towards the Yellow Ranger and Blue Ranger. Ryan took a step forward but Natalie held him back and said, "Not yet. You'll help her soon enough."

   

The Pink and Red Rangers battled swiftly against the Nighlok dodging the flames that constantly escape the Nighlok's craters. The Pink Ranger is sent to the ground leaving the Red Ranger. Both were playing with fire as his Spin Sword was enveloped in flames so the two were evenly matched.

    The Red Ranger was knocked to the ground with a thud as the Nighlok cackled with laughter at the sight of the Red Ranger injured. Ryan appeared from thin air in Samurai Mode holding up the shield. Natalie emerged in Samurai Mode as well and fired an arrow towards the Nighlok. The arrow plugged the Nighlok's central crater and he said in a plugged tone, "Who are you two?"

    Ryan dashed up the Nighlok and said, "Hey Crustor long time no see. I was beginning to wonder how it's be before I caught up to you. What exactly happened to our deal?"

    "Urg, umm . . . well you see," Crustor studdered.

    Ryan slashed his katana along Crustor's sides and the Nighlok split into halves before he dissolved in dust. If the other Rangers' faces were visible their jaws would've dropped, especially Emily's.

    "Who are you guys?" the Red Ranger demanded.

    "Black Ranger, Silver Ranger," Ryan said obviously.

    "That's not what I meant."

    Natalie and Ryan's bodies glowed for a few moments before revealing their normal selves. Ryan waved and said, "Hey Emily."

    All eyes turned towards Emily and she looked uneasy. A smile spread across her face and she tackled Ryan with a hug who gladly responded.

    "You know this guy?" Mike asked.

    "Yes!" Emily exclaimed happily, "we used to be best friends when we were kids. When did you become the Black Ranger? I didn't even know it existed!"

    "My mom trained me to be the Black Ranger. And the reason you haven't heard of it, because the Black Ranger was always off on his own," Ryan explained.

    "But what about the Silver Ranger?' Jayden asked.

    "I was always believed to be a myth. But I'm not obviously. And I don't wield that Sword, instead I use the Bow and Arrow of Platinum," Natalie answered before holding out her hand and introducing herself.

    "Do you guys have anywhere to stay? We have a few extra rooms," Mia said.

    "That'd be great."

    Emily escorted the two new Rangers explaining to Ryan everything that's been going on. Mike held Jayden and asked, "Do you trust these guys?"

    "Yeah, why not?" Jayden replied.

    "You're just saying that because you like that Natalie girl."

    "What? No."

    "Ok," Mike said sarcastically before following the others.
