Ryan POV
"Don't you just love them having to guess?" Ash asked me.
"Sure do," I answered.
At the moment, we were in a steakhouse. The others were there too, it was actually a pretty good time, until Natalie approached me.
"So is your night going good?" she asked me.
"It was until three seconds ago," I replied.
"Look, I want in on your plans."
"Not happening," Ash said flatly.
"You owe me that much Ryan."
"I owe you nothing."
"Please, I want in on your plans."
"And here I thought you were own Team Hate Ryan."
"There are two sides playing here."
"Yeah, between you guys and the Nighloks," Ash chimed in.
"We have our own angle," I said.
Natalie narrowed her eyes and stalked back to the others. Once she left, a man about thirty sat next to us. The look in his eyes gave it away that he was Serrator.
"I want my coffin Ryan," he growled.
"Yeah, and I want a sandwich in a steakhouse, we don't always get what we want Serrator," I retorted.
"Who's this? Were you that powerless that you had to manipulate people?"
"You must be Serrator, I'm Ash, Ryan's brother," Ash said.
"And what a pain that must be for you."
"Actually, it's great. Finally someone I can agree with on the world. For now anyway, eventually Ryan will get his humanity back. Not sure how, not sure when, but I don't care."
"Serrator, we all know why you're here, for the coffin that holds your sister, Pendara was it?"
"Never mention her name again," Serrator hissed.
"Is that jealousy I hear? Is that why you put her in that coffin, because you were jealous? Shame Serrator, you act all tough and powerful, but your weakness, is if somebody is more powerful than you."
"Shut up Ryan."
"Which is exactly why you target me, I'm the one thing that's more powerful than you, the next being Pendara. What were you planning to do with me? Stick me in a coffin for a couple centuries?"
I noticed Ash grin in the corner of my eye. Serrator looked defeated, weak almost. I took it all in and smirked.
"You have no idea what's coming next," Serrator grumbled and disapppeared in flames.
"That was interesting," Ash commented. "Didn't think you had it in ya."
"I have no humanity, and you say that?" I questioned.
"Good, point, so what do you want to order?"
3rd Person POV
The next day at an island, Dayu and Dekker grew impatient for their signature weapons.
"Where is my Harmonium Serrator?" Dayu demanded.
"Don't worry Dayu, I need both of your weapons for a certain ritual. Hopefully, that'll be enough to get Ryan and Ash distracted so I can search for my coffin," Serrator replied.
"What exactly is in this coffin?" Dekker asked.
"That, is none of your concern."
Serrator took the two halves of Uramasa and the Harmonium and placed them on an alter. He muttered something so quietly his voice was barely audible. Once he finished te ritual, the entire island rumbled. Black dust began to rain from the sky.
The island's inhabitants looked in confusion of to how the black dust came to be. Soon they began running in screaming, as if seeing a ghost.
"What is this stuff?" Dayu asked in disgust.
"Black Dust of Fear," Serrator answered. "Normally, anyone it touches will instantly grow fear over everyone. But I made the exception of us."
