I was sitting on my couch home alone just enjoying some Netflix and me time when I get a text from Declan:

I smiled down at my phone when I heard a knock at my front door. I swung it open and there was my prince looking as handsome as ever. "Surprise love!" "Declan, I look like trash! I could've been warned" I groaned gesturing to my sweatpants and glasses with my hair in a messy bun. "I think you look beautiful sweetheart" he assured me. "Thanks D" he elbowed me and said "you never answered my questions darling..." I rolled my eyes "of course. What, did you think I would say no? You can definitely show me off and we are most definitely going to be official as long as Skylar doesn't get in our way" I answered. "Ugh. Don't talk about her sweetheart, let's talk about us" he smirked. "Okay baby, we can" "Ooh 'baby' saucy today are we sweetheart?" He laughed. "Always darling," I grinned, "hey I'm watching Netflix right now, wanna watch with me?" I added "is that a question you even have to ask love, quality time with my girl? Of course!" I blushed.
That voice is smooth as honey. Sweet enough to always make me melt.
We made popcorn and he made cookie dough dip with graham crackers. Best thing ever, highly recommended! "I didn't know you were such a sweet fanatic" I stated. "Sweetheart you're sweet so of course I'm crazy about you!" "Not what I meant but that works too" I laughed. "What do you want to watch?" I wondered "any Disney movie because I know their your favorite" he winked after he answered making my stomach burst with butterflies inside. "D, you know you're the best, right?" "I know love." He wrapped his arm around me and I leaned against his shoulder.
We decided on 'Beauty and the Beast' because Belle has always been my favorite and it's just a great story. As we were cleaning up the dishes we made a mess of, the front door opened revealing Sunny. "Hey SunDay! How was your sleepover with Nicole?" Declan asked. "How do you know about that?" I asked him alarmed. "I know a lot of things sweetheart" I gave him a blank stare "Sunny and I are friends you know, so naturally, she told me that she was going to have a sleepover" he answered. She walked in the kitchen and instructed "Jeez Vera, chill." Then, turning her attention to Declan she replied "it was good Dec! I'm going to go hang out in my room, you two have fun!" I smiled at her before she vanished walking up the steps to her room. I was cleaning the last of the dishes when I felt Declan's arms wrap around my waist.
I look to my side and he is placing his chin on my shoulder. I raised an eyebrow and let out a light laugh. "This is nice V" he smiled. "It is darling" I agreed. "Is that going to be my new pet name?" He wondered "maybe, do you not like it? Oh, is it what Skylar called you?" "Ugh no she called me 'honey bear'" he scrunched his face up and pretended to gag.
"Honey bear? Really!" I laughed "would you like me to call you that instead?" I joked "please no" he answered simply. I patted the side of his face with my free hand that was now dry because I had wiped the soap and water off. He leaned his head so that my hand was holding it up. I moved my hand away and he leaned his face to my temple and kissed me.
"I think I should go sweetheart. We should do this again but at my house. Just sneak through my window" he winked. I rolled my eyes but gave him a quick peck on the lips. "Sure Declan" I smirked. He sighed and added "You're perfect you know that?" After he spoke he grabbed my chin and kissed my cheek. "I'll be seeing you my darling" I smiled "okay love" with that he was out of the door. - - - Okay, short chapter, I know, I just wanted to get one out before too long.
