Lorraine's POV

Holding my hand, he brought me to the grand hall. I don't know what to think of. Hindi ako makapag-isip ng maayos dahil sa sinabi niya. He then slowly place my both palm on his shoulders and he snaked his arm around my waist and pull me closer to him. Sumabay kami sa mga tao rito sa pagsayaw.

"Who is she?"

"Siya ba 'yong babae na tinutukoy ni Jungkook?"

"How lucky she is."

And those statements made me taken aback. I shouldn't be here.

Tiningala ko siya and my eyes were lock on his. His eyes were sparkling as it stares mine. Wake up, Lory!

"Lorrai–"

"It's Hera," I hissed at him. "And please, Jungkook, itigil mo na 'to." I don't know but I felt I have to tell those. Hindi ko na kasi alam. Ang gulo na.

He frowned. "No, I won't stop."

Ah! Ano ba yung pinapatigil mo, Lory?

Bumuntong hininga ako. "I have to go." I pleased.

Iniling niya ang kanyang ulo.

I glared him. "Jungkook,"

He flashed a silly smile. Lokohan na 'to, swear. "Remove that mask first."

"Ayoko." matigas na sagot ko.

"Okay then," he shrugged.

"Why don't you ask your date instead?"

"You are my date." walang sere-seremonyang sagot niya.

Napakunot noo ako.

"Alam mo, Hera," he started and emphasize my name. "You are that certain person I want to invite to go with me. Pero naunahan niya yata ako." He quoted. Hindi ko na alam kung anong pinagsasabi niya.

"Jungkook, ano ba?" nagtitimping sabi ko and I tried to push him pero mas lalo lang humigpit ang yakap niya. And this is not freaking comfortable, you know. The moment na sinabi ko yun, his silly smile fade away. It replaces a serious expression and his eyes were... were somewhat pleading.

"Just give me a moment with you, Hera." He whispered, pleasing.

I sigh and nod my head.

A warm touches my heart. At this moment, I saw his soft side. Well, aside to Nami, Jungkook had been a good friend of mine. He was trusted, though minsan ang sarap na lang busalan ng mais ang bibig niya kapag sumobra sa dada.

"So, you are with that Chanyeol." He opened.

I raised my one eyebrow. "So?" naguguluhang tanong ko. Eh trabaho lang naman kaya magkasama kami.

He let out a soft chuckled. "You know, you're hurting my feelings." Here goes his famous line again.

I rolled my eyes. "You know," gaya ko. "You are just acting."

"How straightforward." drama pa niya.

"Ewan ko sayo." I rolled my eyes.

After that, it was only the music filled us.

"Lorraine..." he called out softly.

"Hera," Ba't ang kulit niya? Paano kung may makarinig? Iba rin trip nito.

"I'm serious. You're hurting my feelings. It hurt my feelings when you're with him."

My heart suddenly pounds to his statement. He's joking, right?
