Harry could barely focus in Potions for some reason; not even Harco was distracting him. He just zoned out and everytime he did, he'd always somehow end up on thinking about Draco. Just random facts like does Draco like candy? Does he like Diagon Alley? Wasn't he banned from Diagon Alley? Would he like to go there again, though? It was just the weirdest stuff that Harry was wondering about, perhaps he was growing a soft spot for Draco.

"Harry, you're putting way too much Aconite into your Wolfsbane potion. Are you hurting or something?" Neville joked. Harry stared at the crumpled purple flower in his hand - Aconite flowers; used for pain-relieving though their leaves are deadly poisonous. What irony. Harry was very conflicted right now, questioning something he's come to believe about himself, like a foundation of his personality; his sexuality. Did he like boys? Or was it just Draco?

"Do you like blokes, Neville?" Harry asks out of the blue, making Neville jump and accidentally drop the entire bottle of Billywig Sting into his wide-eyed potion.

"A-as friends, yes but... love-wise, well... no. Harry, are you trying to say something?" Neville awkwardly fishes out the now empty glass bottle that floated around in his cauldron with a sieve of some sort.

"Nothing, I was just curious. I read... a muggle book about it somewhere. I'm trying to figure it out before the story ends. How can someone who's previously dated a woman like a guy that he's been competing with for years? Was it just that he discovered his sexuality... or was that bloke special?" Harry sighed, stirring his potion.

"That sounds extremely detailed, what muggle book is it?" Hermione grins. "It sounds interesting."

"Oh, I... I don't remember the name but I'll tell you as soon as I remember. But will you guys please just help me figure it out?" Harry pleaded as he flipped through the recipe book.

"Maybe, the bloke changed his heart. And only that bloke is in his heart, not any other men. He might be an exception." Neville sighed, staring at his now ruined cauldron of brewery.

"Good thinking, Neville. I was just about to say that. Or, it could be a new beginning to a new life with his new discovered preference." Hermione smiled as she threw in some fairy wings into her cauldron which was bubbling an odd colour.

"Right..." Harry thought hard, he didn't even know whether he liked Draco or not. He just knows he feels weird around him, he keeps thinking about him and he's been spending loads of time with him. Perhaps, it was just a bond? Or maybe it could be growing into something more? Harry had an off feeling, it was much too quiet.

"Wait a minute, where's Harco?" Harry whipped his head around, looking under his table and cauldron before Hermione stopped him. Carefully, she showed him under her table. Harco slept on a pillow that was placed under the table so nothing would disturb him and Hermione's horned serpent wrapped around him; sleeping cozily. Letting out a sigh of relief, Harry placed his hand on his heart dramatically before returning to his station.

"I can't wait for lunch, I hear we're having roast today!" Ron chirped from across the class. The class was nearly finished already and Professor Slughorn was nowhere to be seen. That means they can just leave whenever they want to.

"Yum!" Harry replied, he was pretty hungry. He only had baked beans and toast that morning because Harco kept stealing his sausages and eggs. Maybe he should feed Harco some more?

"How are we going to pick Harco up? He's so soundly asleep." Hermione whispered as she carefully tucks her horned serpent into a small tote bag where it continued to sleep.

"Wingardium Leviosa!" Harry pointed his wand at Harco. "Griffon accio." He continues to wave his wand around gently as Harco slowly floated over into his arms. Harco's eyes peeled open as he readjusted into Harry's arm.

"Good thinking, Harry." Hermione smiled, quite impressed. "Maybe Draco's rubbing off on you."

"Are you telling me I was a bad wizard, Hermione?" Harry gasped playfully as he pretends to be offended.

"Maybe." Hermione shrugged as she made her way out into the great hall as Ron stood by the door, signaling them to come over. They quietly snuck out of class and took a longer route to the great hall just to avoid collision into Slughorn. Suddenly, Harry notices Draco walking by with Blaise, talking about something and they were about to past each other. Harry stopped as Draco walked by, completely unaware of his presence . Somehow, Harry was disappointed that he hadn't notice him at all, perhaps he had hoped for Draco to notice him.

"What's wrong?" Ron asked, confused as to why Harry had stopped walking.

"Oh? Nothing, I was just confused." Harry shook his head slightly as he awkwardly continued to walk, Harco sleeping soundly in his arms.

Draco had noticed Harry, how he stopped right as they passed and everything. He just wanted to see what would happen if he pretended he didn't see him. To his surprise, Harry looked quite upset that he 'didn't' see him. They are going to see each other everyday for an entire month; not being noticed for a few seconds wasn't the end of the world. But... Draco was a bit happy at how badly Harry wanted his attention, he doesn't know why Harry wanted his attention nor why he was happy but all he knew was that Harry looked quite cute when pouting.

"Draco? Draco, I don't want to repeat the entire story again!" Blaise groaned, grabbing Draco's shoulders and shaking him.

"Hey- hands off me, you brute! What do you think you're doing?" Draco hisses as he smacks Blaise's hands away.

"That's the fifth time you've spaced out today. Usually you'd pretend to not care but you would still listen, this time you're just plain rude. What's on your mind then, Draco?" Blaise raised an eyebrow, his tone turning into a prying, sly and suggesting one at the very last moment. Nudging Draco's arms as if it was going to help him find out what Draco was thinking about, Blaise chuckle as he sees Draco get physically annoyed.

"Something more important than your stupid ex girlfriends, that I know." Draco growled as he finally snapped.

"More important?! Why- pray tell, Draco! What could ever be more important than my ex girlfriends?" Blaise teased before leaning in to whisper in a low hum, "Potter?"

His hot breath tickled Draco's ear lobe, sending chills running down his spine. He's never heard Harry's name said in such a way before, and he has definitely not reacted that way to Potter's name before either. What was happening?! Distancing himself from Blaise, he continued to walk in a much faster pace than Blaise. It was definitely not because of Blaise's voice, for he has heard it many, many times before unfortunately - it was definitely Harry, Harry's hexed him or something!

"Where are you going, Draco?" Blaise shouted, a Cheshire grin smeared across his face.

"To the great hall, slowpoke. I'll see you there!" Draco hollered back as he hugged himself slightly, he was shook.
