"She's gorgeous Tae!" I exclaimed as I fell back onto his bed so that my back was laid flat on the ruffled sheets.
Meanwhile, V was rummaging through his wardrobe and searching for clothes to wear for an after party the guys were invited to. Luckily I was a plus one.
"Why does it matter how gorgeous she is?" he asked me once taking a plain white shirt out.
"Because I have a feeling this isn't going to be the last I see of her and I need to be prepared..."
Raising an eyebrow, Taehyung turned to face me. "Prepared? What are you suggesting?"
"..."
"Suga isn't going to get back with her."
"I know, I know," I sighed. "But if you saw her then you would understand. I have no idea why they decided to end it."
"Because it wasn't meant to be," Taehyung shrugged.
Thinking deeply, I finally sat upright on his bed and knotted my eyebrows together. "What if it was? What if I was just in the way?"
"Bri, come on. You're being silly."
"Am I? Tae, they broke up like 6 months before we ever met. I spoilt their chances of ever rekindling."
"Or you stepped in at just the right moment. Don't tell me you're having doubts."
"On the relationship? No way in hell. I'm just a little nervous I guess..."
V shook his head in response with a small considerate smile plastered on his face before holding up the white shirt.
"This one's designer," he said. "Yes or no?"
Scanning the piece of clothing up and down, I allowed a smile to rise onto my face then put my thumbs up in a satisfactory manner.
"Yes."
*3 hours later*
"Come on already!" Jimin cried through the house as he waited by the door. I couldn't help myself but laugh at the small stressed out guy in front of me as he waited for the others to leave the house. We were going to the after party for some awards show and the rest of the guys were kind of taking 'fashionably late' too extremely.
"Calm down," I giggled, taking a seat on the sofa by my side.
I was dressed a burgundy lace turtle neck top which reached just above my belly button, matched with a figure hugging burgundy lace skirt with small heels. I decided to take the time to curl my hair too and my makeup was done to perfection. Overall, I thought I looked pretty good.
"We should have left half an hour ago," he groaned.
Shrugging, I took out my phone and started scrolling through my Instagram feed. "Boys, huh? What you gonna do."
I could feel Jimin's eyes burning into me to finally looked up to see that he was glaring at me.
"Hey, I'm ready. Don't be glaring at me."
All of a sudden, the sound of rushed steps pounded down the stairs to reveal six stunning guys dressed in their best clothes.
"You took your sweet time," Jimin snapped before huffing out of the door.
"Aww, Jiminie's in a strop!" Jin laughed as he left the house, Namjoon and V laughing along with him.
"So dramatic," Jungkook chuckled, trying to avoid staring at me. He did that whenever I dressed up nice. Him and V finally left the house and I was about to follow them when I felt arms wrap around my waist and a nose tickle my neck.
