Lucy's POV
"Luna is what?" I hissed.
"Well you were there weren't you?" He asked.
"I was no where near here, I-" I stopped mid sentence just to connect the dots, "But you say that I was the first one to see her missing, and that her clothes were just scattered on the ground?"
"Yes ma'am," He said and slightly nodded his head, "Is there a problem?"
My gaze had drifted away from his, and towards the ground where I thought for a minute.
That little bitch! I thought.
"Miss?" His voice snapped me back into reality, for a second it caught me off guard and I thought that I was in a completely other dimension, but then I realized that I had just zoned out.
"Oh- yes, sorry my memory isn't the best," I said sheepishly.
He looked at me as if I had three heads, but just shook his head and chose to not speak of it, "We will continue the search until we find her, rest assured, this only happened around a week ago so she couldn't have gone too far," He said and walked away with a clipboard in hand.
I sighed as I felt the bubble of fear in my stomach begin to grow rapidly as the days went on.
This isn't good I thought as I walked down the damp cobblestone streets she's pretending to be me, god knows what she's already done.
As I thought about the worst possibilities, I remembered the rumors about Luna being a sex crazed slut who would sleep with anyone to get her way.
I buried my face in my hands and kept walking like that, until I heard familiar voices up ahead.
I slowly removed my hands away from my face and looked across the street only to find Happy and Celeste both walking around.
Celeste was still wearing her normal clothes, while Happy only having his small green cape on.
Celeste looked down at the ground looking depressed, while holding a rainbow lollipop and having Happy nonstop talking with her.
He had his eyes closed but continued to smile and stroll on with Celeste at his side, looking the opposite as him.
"Celeste!" I shouted from the other side of the street, "Happy!"
When she looked up her expression immediately brightened up and her said, droopy eyes were now wide open with a smile just to complete the look.
Happy looked surprised and instantly stopped talking.
"Lucy!" Celeste managed to shout, before jumping up into the air and flying across the busy street.
Careful! I thought as she swooped passed cars and shouting people.
As soon as she got near the sidewalk I was on she dove down and tackled me with a hug.
For as small of a cat she was, she was stronger than she seemed.
"Lucy you're okay!" She chanted over and over again, while burying her face into my chest.
I gently placed my hand on her head and brought my other hand up to my eye an made a peace sign.
How does normal Lucy act again? I asked as I remembered that I had never done peace signs before.
She looked up at me confused for a second, and then scooted away.
"Celeste!" Happy called from behind cars.
Soon enough a little blue cat with angel like wings, jumped above cars and was right next to both of us.
"Lucy are you okay?" He asked.
For once he looked at me with concerned eyes and not an evil grin that he normally did when he and Natsu would play tricks on me.
"I'm fine, why wouldn't I be?" I asked.
Do they know about Luna? Have they seen her around?
Questions began to flood my mind before Celeste decided to speak up.
"Natsu has been worried sick about you ever since Luna popped up out of nowhere, and you've been acting so strange recently!" She barked as she stood up with her hands placed firmly on her hips.
I took a moment to think about it before I realized something.
"Natsu's been worried?" I asked.
Happy cut Celeste off before she could manage to say anything, "Of course he has! You're his friend Lucy!"
Celeste rolled her eyes, "If you keep hiding your emotions like that I don't think he'll even consider you anymore," She said.
"I do not hide my emotions!" I protested.
She looked up at me with concerned eyes, "Lucy you're acting completely normal when one of your closest friends has no memory of you what so ever!"
"Because it's my fault!" I argued, my voice bitter and disgusted.
Celeste jumped at my sudden outburst, but tried coming at me with the same thing, "It's no ones fault Lucy!"
I got up and pushed past Happy.
"Yeah well for a split second I thought you'd understand, but clearly you can't," I spat and started to stomp away.
"Lucy stop," She called, but didn't try to come after me, "Lucy!"
