The girl from earlier stepped into the room, her heels made an echo as she started walking over to me. I looked her up and down, trying to remember what she looking like the last time I saw her. Did she have that same long hair? Or was it short?
"Good, you're awake" she said getting closer
"WHY ARE YOU HERE?!" I shouted
She stopped, and stared at me.
"That little.... Power of yours" she said
She started walking again, until she was about 10 feet away, I smirked.
"You can't come any closer to me Luna, remember the curse?"
She waved her hand in front of her, and I heard glass shatter, I sat up strait. She started walking closer and closer.
"H-how did you-"
"Since the last time we've seen each other I studied a special magic, to break curses, like the one placed on us at birth" she replied
I clenched my fist, the metal around my arms shattered, I stood up and swung my fist at her. She put her hand on my back and pushed down on it causing me to fall flat of my face. A light blue mist started to rise from the ground beside me, I felt the pain from my arms and legs go away. I ran over to the cage Natsu was in and began to punch at it,
"LUCY!" He shouted. I felt her grab me from behind and bash my head against the metal. I began to cough and looked down at my feet to see that I had be coughing up blood.
"Luna......" I mumbled I got up and looked back at her. "How dare you...."
"How dare I barge into your guild and hurt all of your friends?" She asked and laughed, "It's simple really, I seek revenge."
I swung my leg around and kicked her to the floor, mist began surrounding the leg that had kicked her with and I kicked her in the head causing her to tumble away.
"Revenge for what? Being forced to be separated with you from birth?" I asked.
She got up and glared at me, she had in two ponytails and what looked to be a shirt with the FairyTail emblem on it.
"What is that?" I asked sternly.
"It's the guild emblem, I've been going around bullying people and causing trouble pretending to be you."
"Lucy who is this? Is this your sister? I thought you didn't have any siblings." I heard Natsu asked from behind me.
"It's a long story but. I guess I'll explain it. Years ago two twins were born, one went by the name of Lucy, the first born. And the other went by the name of Luna, the second born." I tried my best to explain but it felt too hard to actual get everything into one story and to make it sound simple, "A curse was placed on them before they were born, they couldn't be near each other. And everyday the curse grew stronger and stronger so we had to be farther apart. So my mother put me in FairyTail, a place she knew would be a good place for everyone to raise me to become stronger. Luna however had to stay behind and carry out the Heartfilia name and become more of a lady, until one fateful day when a fire happened."
Memories began flashing through my mind of when the news had been delivered to me. I wouldn't leave my room for a week and when I did people had to beg me too. I never wanted to meet and or see Luna because I knew she felt like this was all of my fault.
Dark guilds targeted my family and soon enough they had killed both of my parents.
Luna however survived.
"My parents were killed in a fire and Luna blamed me......." I muttered.
I felt a single tear drop onto my hand as I lied down on the cold cement flooring.
"Because it was all of your fault." I heard Luna snap.
I shot up from where I had been sitting and glared at her, "I didn't want this fate for either of us but the curse was placed on both of us! I didn't ask for this magic that only hurt us instead of help us..... I hate the Angel slayer and I never wanted it in the first place!"
She slowly got up and coughed up a little bit of blood, "So you're gonna cry? You don't want it because you can't handle it, you're weak and you don't deserve such a high class level of magic you cheer leader..... Why don't you just sit on the side and watch all of your friends do all of the work while you just cheer them on? It's the only thing you're good at....."
"Lucy..... What's the Angel Slayer and what is she talking about?" Natsu asked.
"I'll gladly show you......" Luna mumbled.
I looked back at her and saw she was smiling, "FORBIDDEN ART OF THE 7 GODS OF WONDER! I SUMMON THE POWER FROM DEEP BENEATH MY SOUL TO BRING TO LIFE THE ANGEL OF HEAVEN!"
oh no not the heaven Angel.
"NATSU GET DOWN SHES GONNA PREFORM A FORM OF WENDY'S DRAGON FORCE BUT STRONGER!" I shouted and crossed both of my arms in front of my face and squeezed both of my eyes shut.
Mist protect me. I chanted in my head. Please protect me.
My eyes shot open as a thought popped into my head, there was no way Natsu could stand a blow that big with so much power.
"NATSU TRY TO USE YOUR FIRE TO MAKE A WALL OR SOMETHING TO ABSORB THE FORCE!" I shouted.
Protect Natsu instead of me. I changed the chant.
I wanted Natsu to live more than me, and up against her was a life or death situation.
"NOW THATS SOMETHING I CAN DO!" He shouted back.
I nodded and tried my best to smile.
"HERE WE GOOOOOO!" Luna shouted, it looked like she was using the same art as Wendy, the dragon force.
"FIRE DRAGON! ROAR!" Natsu shouted and fire shot out of his mouth and battled against the strong winds flowing out of Luna's mouth.
"THIS IS A FIGHT YOU CANT POSSIBLY WIN SALAMANDER!" Luna laughed.
Sup.
IK I said I'll try to update every other day but I kinda forgot about this book since I'm trying to stay active on all of my other fanfics but I'm kinda failing.
So I'll try my best to be more active.
