"Stop this madness," I mumbled as the needles dug deeper into my arms and legs, " the guild will find you, all of you."
She snickered and I could basically smell the disgusting grin plastered across her face. She looked mad, insanely mad.
This couldn't be any sister of Lucy's right? I thought as the blindfold was removed from my eyes.
There she was.
Lucy Heartfilia standing proudly in front of me with scarlet red eyes that screamed insane.
But it wasn't her.
Her scent was much different.
The presence of hers was much different than Lucy's and her hair appeared to be a bit shorter than hers too.
"We're only running tests on you until the queen Heartfilia arrives, then you'll be my puppet," She said in a sickening voice, "Whether she lives through the fight is the ultimate test."
Like any good captive with their enemy in front of them, I spit right on the tip of her nose.
She wiped it away with a disgusted look on her face, and then took a few steps back before she spun around and began walking across the room to a dusty case of stairs.
She stopped when her hand reached the beginning of the railing and then looked back at me, "My entire life I have dreamed of taking everything from her like she did from me, and now that the time is already upon us, I just don't know how to react."
Before I could react, a sharp pain began to shoot through my body and suddenly I could barely even think straight.
I felt like someone was carving through my insides with a small sewing needle.
I let out a horrified scream of pain and looked down at my arms and legs to see if there was anything externally happening.
"What are you doing?" Luna shrieked as she began to run up the stairs as fast as she could, which was pretty slow and un amusing considering she was in high heels.
"Ma'am I'm only doing-" The teenage looking girl was shoved out of the way and then had her place taken by Luna who frantically began to press buttons and such on what appeared to be a control panel of some sort.
The pain still continued but within seconds it got about ten times worse.
I clenched my fists and stared down at my bleeding legs and arms with eyes as big as saucers.
"Mistakes like this could end up killing someone!" Luna said, "You injected twenty times his dose! You blistering-"
"Ma'am something like that couldn't possibly kill him, he's been getting better and stronger-"
"I wasn't talking about him," Luna snapped, implying a bad ending for the poor teenager.
Better? Stronger? Are they healing me? I thought as I began to try and run away the dripping blood.
"You'll ve staying a few hours later to make up for your mistakes," Luna said.
The girl only nodded.
After Luna had left the girl started to walk over to me, "Sorry about that, Natsu is it?" She asked.
"Why would it be any of your business?" I spat.
She frowned, not something fake like Luna's, she seemed to be genuinely sad, "I'm really sorry I tried to give you some pain killers before, but you were so out of it," She said in a depressingly low voice.
"Doubt it," I muttered.
"Natsu we're here to help you," She said and looked at me with concerned eyes.
"Helping me? Tying me down to a chair and then poisoning all of my friends minds into thinking I'm gone is helping me? Excuse me, tricking them into thinking I've forgotten everything," My anger was rising again, she seemed like she felt she was doing the right thing.
But she was obviously on the wrong side.
"We're trying to get you to be stronger for the war," She said and looked down at my wrists.
The pain was still horrible and at times I could only wince and curse under my breathe, but I tried to push through it anyways.
"There's no war Luna has tricked you all," I said.
She looked up at me, "No Natsu you've been away for too long, the guild is dying."
"That's because everyone's trying to fix all of your mistakes."
"Natsu Luna is doing this to help everyone."
"You mean she's only doing it to help herself, killing her twin for her powers and benefit? That's sick and you should know it," I said in a pissed off tone.
"Lucy is the evil one," She said and started to slowly walk away.
"Get back here!" I shouted and started trying to rip away from the bands that locked me into place, "You're the one's on the wrong side! Wake up! Let me go! You're all crazy!"
She glanced over her shoulder, "It's sad that you're like everyone else, I thought you'd be different."
My blood was boiling at this point, "Get back here you no good dirty rock! Just wait until I get my hands on you!"
At this point I was shouting only to make myself feel better, it helped relieve pain in some ways if that made any sense.
"Just wait until Fairytail finds out about this-" I stopped when a sharp pain cut throughout my entire body as if I had just been stabbed in multiple places at once.
"Just go to sleep will you," I heard Luna's voice say in a soothing voice.
