"I'm not adorable, you are." Finn said, still hovering over you while you were pressed against the bed.
"Oh, so I can't be insecure but you can?"
"Right." Finn said.
"I won't allow it. You're perfect. In every way. My baby." You stroke his hair and watch his face turn pink.
"I- I'm not perfect." He says shyly.
"You absolutely are."
"I want to spend forever with you." Finn says.
"Wha-forever?" You asked, shocked.
"Yeah. Forever."
"Babe, we're still teens."
"You- you don't wanna spend forever with me." Finn says slowly and getting off of you.
"No, it's not that! We're just so young, Finn."
"Well you've already got a promise ring on your finger and that comes just before an engagement ring, so,"
You get up off the bed and stand in front of him.
"Finn, I love you. Like, more than anything. You know that."
His voice is shaky. "Yeah."
"Finn, I want to spend forever with you too." You put your hand on his chest.
"You do?"
"Of course. But we gotta see what ways life takes us, you know."
"Of course."
"Wanna make out some more?"
