Brianna's POV*

"Your turn," I said as I moved my piece three spaces forward. Liam rolled the two dice and landed on seven total. He moved his airplane forward seven spaces, landing on Disney Land.

"I'll buy that," he said handing me two million euros in fake money.

"Here you go, you now own Disney Land," I said, "Make children's dreams come true."

"I already do that... except they're teenage girls," he chuckled. I laughed my laugh that I hate, yet Liam thinks is the cutest thing in the world.

Suddenly, my phone rang in my back pocket, making me jump a little.

"Head in the clouds got no weight in my shoulder-" it rang. I fished it out of my short's pocket, and immediately answering with a small, "Hello?"

"Don't you ever read caller I.D.?" the familiar British accent of Zayn replied.

"Oh, it is only you," I said.

"Can you do me a favor?" he pleaded.

"Sure."

"Can you grab my hat I left back at Harry's?"

"Why can't you go get it with your lazy ass?"

"Because I'm with Allison right now."

"Fine," I said grabbing my keys. Liam looked up while I opened the front door, stumbled onto his feet, and hurriedly put on the first jumper he saw.

"Hold up," he said. I've suddenly had enough of him following me everywhere, and trying to keep me by his side 24/7.

"I'm going alone," I told him. He turned me around, looked straight into my eyes, and I saw a surge of power in his.

"No, I have to come with you." I put the keys into my jumper's pocket gently.

"Stop following me everywhere. It's always 'Let me go with you,' or, 'You're coming with me.' What Is up with you? Why can't I just be alone for once? Be normal, and pretend that I don't have a famous boyfriend. Why can't I?" I ended up yelling. He stood stunned as I opened the door, stepped outside, turned back to his still face, and muttered, "Vous n'étiez pas qui je croyais que vous étiez."

His face became a pale white color when he realized what I said.

"What did you say?" he asked, though I knew he knew.

"You weren't who I thought you were," I repeated in English. I slammed the door, not looking back at his face. I sank down the front porch and started crying when it started pouring rain. I had forgotten my umbrella in the house, and I surely not going back for a while, even if it meant becoming soaked in water. I suddenly jumped up when I heard a Smash! then a, "I fucked this up, just like I did with Danielle!"

I got on my feet, gripped the keys to my car, and opened the driver's door. The car roared to life as I sat with my forehead pressed against the wheel. I looked up at the blank canvas of the garage door. Liam and I were going to repaint the whole garage, including the door, a light green color, and that brought tears to my eyes, knowing that it wasn't going to happen.

I changed the gear to reverse and backed out of the driveway slowly, ignoring the yelling and smashing sounds coming from the building.

It took me nearly twenty minutes to get to the first stop light when I got a call from Zayn, saying that he forgot he didn't leave his hat at Harry's because a girl named June had dropped it off at his place the other night. So, now I had to make a big U-Turn back to the house, which would take me another five minutes, which was also a waste of my time. I hung up and turned left when the light had turned green, then turned once more to where I was heading the opposite way. Tears started rolling down my face as I passed Frosty's Fro-Yo Place, me and Liam's favorite fro-yo restaurant we went to on our third date. I leaned down to grab a tissue when I heard a loud HONK! and then a CRASH! then everything went blurry and dim.
