I woke up at my normal of 4 am only to find out that we had a two hour delay! I was slightly disappointed because when I wake up... I wake up. I tried to fall asleep for another two hours but to no avail. I got up and began to get ready for a day of hell- uh I mean school... yeah... school...

first period was quite a bore. all we did was write a letter to our future self about goals and such. on the contrary, you-know-who was bothering me. there was a piece of hair sticking up from his head that wasn't neatly combed down on his head. I really wanted to fix it so I could focus but that would be really weird...

second period was very unsurprisingly about global warming. we focused on how the more greenhouse gases there are in the atmosphere, the lower the amount of heat out there is. then we had a fight over what color would represent our group. emily wanted purple, koy wanted green, and I wanted yellow. let's just say I can make a pretty good argument.

in third period we gathered in the computer lab to begin a powerpoint project on the lowell mill girls. I sat next to hayden and we worked and banted. later in the period though, nate said he had a gift for me. you know the pressed pennies? he got me that but guess what! he got me one with shrek on it. what a true friend :,).

fourth period was more stuff about black history month. after my teacher gave us another reminder on our projects, she finally let us read alone. I finished my monet book finally!

in fifth period we were taking notes that we had already taken and my teacher let me work on the homework that we had. tomorrow we have a benchmark for topics 5-10. exciting ;-;

during lunch today, I began to read romeo and juliet. so far I don't like it. I hope that the father I get into the play, the better and more interesting it gets.

in sixth period we focused on costa rica. it's such a pretty country!

we didn't have el today so yay.
