today was a more chill day compared to the rest.

1st: learned about stress and how it impacts our physical, mental, and emotional health. mr williams described what having anxiety is like and I just kinda realized that I experienced all of the symptoms and went "oh." was
2 today we were told we have to do a project on climate change. like wtf. I thought we were done with this shit.
3 goodie goodie mr lusby is back in school. we started a new chapter.
4 still stressing about about my black history month project. oh dear.
