luckily, no 2-hour delay today. this morning I woke up a bit later than I usually do (ie 4 am) so I had to rush! I still needed to feed my animals, shower, attempt to have breakfast, brush my teeth, brush and dry my hair, and get dressed! I managed to do all of those chores besides one... *stomach growls* sry. I looked at my weather application and apparently this week, it's supposed to get warmer! SCREW YOU GROUNDHOGS DAY! NO MORE WINTER!
first period today was art and I drew the good-boi 9000! he's a robot with a shiba inu controlling it.
i know it's not very good however, I quite like it so hah!
second period was our wrap-up day for climate change. THANK BEJESUS CHRIST! I took all my notes and finished early. so did the boy next to me. it seems as though we are rivals in both science and spanish which is honestly stupid because I excel at spanish. I excel more than anyone else in my grade at spanish so....
third period was back in the computer lab to finish my powerpoint on lowell mill girls. we had to choose whether or not to "promote" or "warn" father about the life at the mills. I chose to promote because it's easiest and I made an ad like those infomercials like "ATTENTION SHOPPERS! do you need *insert random household object*? well you're in luck!" that's what I did. then I had to write a BCR about why fathers shouldn't have sent their daughters there. and get this, I did the entire powerpoint in comic sans. I know, i'm such a meme.
fourth period was filled with reading Lemon Brown. It was an amazing story that we read. I loved the message behind it and the character development of Lemon Brown and Greg.
fifth period was a total mess in my opinion. we had a substitute who truly didn't care about the fact that we were taking a benchmark. A BENCHMARK! she let them talk and go on their phones! most people didn't even finish! me being me, I finished early and with a really good score. me also being me, when I finished I played solitaire. sigh.
tabetha had lunch with me and you-know-who was more nice than usual. I was talking to tabby about romeo and juliet and explaining that i wasn't liking it yet and you-know-who did this stupid thing where he laughs and I want to die and then he was playfully teasing me about how my book was "an easy book." I told him to read an excerpt and explain what it meant simplified and after he read it he stared blankly at the book and then at me in disbelief. I couldn't help but giggle causing him to do the same. later I asked him to do the warmup greeting called the bienvenidos. I wrote my invite on a piece of a sticky note. when I handed it to him he decided to *try* to make me as awkward as possible. therefore when I gave him the post-it note he said, "oooh are you trying to ask me out?" me being me, I cringed internally and just laughed it off.
sixth period came along and we did the bienvenidos and the entire time I was smiling. you-know-who even noticed and pointed towards his mouth and smiled, mouthing "your smile" and then gave me a thumbs up. I hate being flustered. during class we kept making eye contact and each time he would smirk and i'd feel small parts of my will go live leave my body...
I spent el working on my homework and reading fanfics. hahahahah.... my teacher doesn't care anymore....
anyways, i'm gonna hit le hay.
