Darkness Within

chapter 8; planning to escape 🃏

I sat moving my arms. They let out a rattle, the metal knocking together.
"Oi! Quite traitor!" A voice said harshly.
I tried to sit as still as possible, trying not to upset them.
Everytime I did something wrong, they turn into a wolf and attack me. Sometimes in their wolf man form, a form in which towered over me. They used their jaws to snap my bones, tear at my flesh. They used their claws to rip into my flesh.
I was a mess of bruises,cuts,holes, and  other wounds.
That wasn't the worse thing, when you have to sit and do nothing your mind tends to think. And I realised a few days ago I missed three of my periods.... Which could be stress....or from pregnancy. I know for a fact he  didn't use a condom so pregnancy was highly possible. The only problem was...I was being ripped apart and tortured. This baby could be killed or harmed.
"Are you ready to tell us why you killed the boy?" James growled, in his human form.
"I told you...." I started, annoyed. "I don't know! All I remember is blacking out and then waking up. Naked. In the wild. Scared and alone."
"Then why didn't you come back?"
"I was scared, the body was ripped apart....I was a criminal..... I knew I did it..." I pushed and swallowed, tears threatening to fall. "I didn't want to be hated."
"Why did you think you'd be hated?" James asked, an amused glint in his eyes.
"I-I don't know, it was an irrational fear..."
"Crow? Do you believe any of this?"
Crow was silent. He stared at me.
"Yes." He said. Looking at James. "Yes I believe her."
"And boys do you?" James asked my brothers. Skylar looked at the ground.
"No alpha." He mumbled. Eyes meeting mine with a silent apology. They were too scared to go against him.
Jared stared at me then walked forward. Kneeling Infront of me, he touched my cheek in a rare show of affection. Tears spilled over and I sobbed. Tring to move my arms and hug him. The chains rattled and rattled, drowning out my choked sobs.
"Please believe me." I whispered.
"I do....I always have." He whispered back.
"I do. My sister isn't one to lie...." He said.
Skylar looked at him, his eyes wide.
"Jared?" Skylar asked, his eyes flicking toward James. Fear evedint in his eyes.
I looked at Jared, his hand knuckles brushing my cheek. He moved away.
"Well....Clare?" James asked.
"...I....I....don't... I don't believe her."
"Why doesn't anyone believe me? I don't know why!!!" I cried out.
He turned and looked at the others asking them the same questions.
All them except Aunt Clarrisa, Aunt Clare's twin sister, answered that they didn't believe her.
So the only ones that believed her, or voiced it anyway, were Crow, Jared and Aunt Clarrisa. Maybe they'd help me? Escape or get me out of theese chains?
"Please, just stop... The pain....it hurts and I can't....I'm gonna die."
"Shoulda thought about that before you killed somebody huh?" James snarled, shifting into his Wolfman form. He towered above her. He reached out then stopped. I swear the wolf face grinned.
He mointioned forward. People went to my chains and unlocked them, I was free. I stood.
"Change." The teen boy told me.
"Change?" I asked confused, would that hurt the baby if I was pregnant?
"He says to change now."
I stared at James, fine. I let myself go. I blacked out.

Ravens wolf pov.

Hunger.
Pain.
Fear.
I growled. Who dare make me feel this way? I looked around snorting. Then I saw the alpha. Was this the one who caused me pain? Cause the chance to loose my pups? I howled.

Raven? A voice said in my mind. I whipped my head around. Who was raven?
Why did you kill the boy?
I snorted and sat, hands and arms Infront of me.
Hunger, Was my reply. I didn't dare tell him about my pups. This was not my alpha and I had no idea how he'd react. 
More voices joined in.
I blocked them out. Then I heard his.
Raven are you alright? Has he hurt you?
Who was this Raven they kept speaking about?
I'm fine. I felt that I could trust him. Just tired, and scared that my pups will be killed. I froze, why'd I mention my pups? He followed this alpha.
Your pups? Your pregnant? He seemed shocked.
Don't tell anyone... Please. I pleaded.
I won't I promise. I'll get you out of here Raven. I promise.

Who's this Raven you keep calling me? Was she your mate? I asked.
You mean your don't know who you are?
Yes I do, im....  I paused.
Who was I?
Ravens wolf pov end

Crows pov
I now knew why she didn't Rembert killing the boy, because this wolf took over.
She was forced to change back, leaving a passed out and naked Raven lying on the floor.
I went and grabbed her.
"Alpha I'm bringing her to my room. She needs to heal. Shes had enough."
"Yes heal her before we kill her."
I glared at him and carried her to my room. Laying her on my bed. I moved a strand of hair off her face.
"Why didn't you tell me you were pregnant?" I whispered.
"I was scared." She said, her eyes open. And looking into mine.
"I'm going to get you out of here, and then you need to find some people. They'll take you in."
"Who?" She asked.
"You arnt going to like this, but some Vampires I know. They won't hurt you, not if you tell them I sent you."
"You arnt coming?" She asked, her and gripping mine.
"No." I looked at her. " I need to kill an Alpha."
She nodded. "Ok, when do I leave?"
"You leave in a few days... Maybe a week. It depends."
"Ok. I'll start preparing. I have nothing to pack, so that should be easy."
"Yes." I leaned forward a d against my better judgement I kissed her forehead. She gasped but didn't swat me away. "Keep yourself and baby safe." I whispered and walked out of the room, closing the door behind me.
