Sister Myrna smiled as Lindsey enters her simple office.
" How'd you find our breakfast today ?" The nun asks " It was great sister. My first taste of frankfurters sausage in months " Lindsey " Oh good. Actually processed food is prohibited in the convent as you know. But the benefactor has been persistent so I let it in the menu this morning " Sis. Myrna explains. Lindsey nodded. " Mind if who's the benefactor?" Sis. Myrna " If it matters that much sure?" Lindsey " He's your Papa. He said that he misses his new daughter and Forgive me for reminding you that your program here in the convent is nearing to end " Sis. Myrna. Lindsey cannot utter a word. How time flies she enjoyed her stay so much that she forgot her stay is only for four months.  " I understand sister. It's just that this place feels like paradise " Lindsey " You're right dear. But as the song goes good things don't last for very long. No matter how enchanted we are to our destination at the end of the day we'll still go back to our homes. You have been a much blessing here during your stay but you still have a life at the big city and many people are depending on you " Sis. Myrna. Lindsey cried. " Tell Amo Sam about your program. I know that the two of you has established a special relationship. I think he deserves to know the truth too. " Sis. Myrna.

" Beth " Beth look around as she hears someone call her. A tall guy few years younger than he smiled at her. He looks familiar. " Hi I'm Roy don't you remember me?" Roy asked
" Oh its to you! I'm sorry it's just you've changed a lot " Beth responds. Roy is the younger brother of her first boyfriend Enrique. Roy smiled. " I've heard your car is at the shop. Is it alright if I drive you home " Roy " Sure to that will be great " Beth. " Actually I was at the school because of you" Roy said later as they were on the road. Beth gave a lecture to students  so she is at the school. "Really " Beth
" It's been a long time? What happened to you? I mean what do you do for a living? " Beth asks as they're having coffee at her house veranda. " When I leave this town years back I joined the Navy. I went home several times a year but only for a few days, that's why we haven't seen each other and besides your mother told me then you are at another town. " Roy
" Alright. What about family do you have One? Your brother already has four children " Beth " I used to have a partner. The mother of my two kids. But she's with another man now and she's concieving his child. One of the reason why I'm here is because of my boys. I want to move them here, built a new home and start a new life " Roy " Good decision. Your parents are still sturdy they can help you out in raising your boys " Beth agreed " You right. Another reason why I'm here is you " Roy " Me? " Her eyes grew in surprise "  You see I quit Navy four years ago. Then I joined three colleagues we bought shares in a security and investigation agency. Presently investigation is my bread and butter " Roy " And? What does it have to do with me? " Beth wonders " I am searching for Ms. Lindsey Tan and lead has it that she must at Kapayapaan Town. Your Mama told me you know the place well " Roy " I do I've been there for a long time " Beth " Perhaps you can help " Roy.

Lindsey and Mary are speechless as they wait for the judges decision. Today is the verdict if who wins the painting competition. While Jet is just relax chatting with a fellow participant in the front row. " May we call for Student Jet and student Gary " The female host anounce at the podium. The two boys move forward. " My question for the two of you what drives you when you did this painting? " One elderly male judge ask them. " The significant of the theme. I want it to be in accordance with the theme and I want it to remind people of love for our country " Gary answered first " Jet it's your turn " The host said. " My family. I have a happy family and it's going to be complete again. I believe if there is love at home you can share your love to the country too. " Jet utters. Judges nodded. Lindsey and Mary smiled at each other. Jet won the competition and just when his trophy is about to be given Samuel came just right in time.

Rain tightens her fist. She read the latest survey today. It reads Lindsey's sellability dropped dramatically. Her top talent loosing is bad for her business. She must do something about it or her company will go bankrupt. She has invested her last savings in production of Lindsey's upcoming movie. Rain dialled the private investigation company's number.
