" Hello boys! Look what Papa has brought you " Samuel said as he raise a  shopping bag. His sons ran to him. " Wow! Jet utters raising a miniature plane. " Ate this is for you " he whispered lowly to his sister as he secret put two thousand bucks in her pocket " This is too much " Mary refuse " No Ate I know it won't matter much but please accept it. So you can buy your husband new watch " Samuel " Are you sure? " Mary " Yes I am. By the way how's our guest? " Samuel " She's better but a little weak still " Mary States " Poor Ms. Liza. Her family must be worried " Samuel " Yes I heard her talk to her Papa last night " Mary " Sis. Myrna said Ms. Liza's Papa will send medicine for her maybe tomorrow " Mary " Is she awake? " Samuel asked " I believe so " Mary " I'll see her " Samuel " Go ahead. What do we have for dinner? " Mary " I brought a live Turkey it's in the trunk " Samuel " Alright Jet and Sky will help me cook it " Mary.
Lindsey is deep in slumber when Samuel walk into the room. He wants to awaken her but he thought she might need more rest. He stared at her closely. Apart from the resemblance that she has with his late wife her face is striking in every manner. She has a smooth caramel face long small nose and sweet tiny lips that were those of the cherubs. Her long hair fell gracefully on her face. " Sure those lips are sweet like wine " He thought to himself. Then remembered the girl he saw in Tokyo. He studied Liza's face for a while. She resembles her too. But they can't be the same girl. Looking at Liza she is simple while the girl he bumped into in Tokyo must be rich since she wore chic coat that and was glamorous. Soon Samuel finds himself caressing the face of Liza. It's been ages since he was captivated by a pretty face the last time he can remember was during college when he met Sharon. He held her tiny face in his wide hands. He don't know what got into him he lowered his face to her with full care he put tiny kiss on her sweet lips. And yes he is right it's sweet like wine.
Lindsey become awake. She is alone in this room. A room shared by Samuel and his late wife. She felt a kiss on her lips. She must be dreaming. Moments pass and Mary came she has a tray with a tea kettle on it. " How are you? " She Inquired " A lot better te " LP Lindsey replied. " That's good to hear. I brought you chamomile tea for your stomach " Mary smiled " Thank you " She responds then slowly raised her head.
" Ate Liza you Alright now? " Elijah asked as he ran through the door " So much better, why do you ask young man? " Lindsey smiled at him. " Can you help kuya Jet and I in painting this book? " Elijah asked then he raise a wide sheet sketch pad. " Sure. Tell kuya to bring his crayons " Lindsey said in a low voice. Delighted Elijah followed. " Your fond of children " Mary notice " Yes I do Te. In fact I have two teen age brothers and I miss them already " Lindsey " Oh really? There are how many siblings are you in that family? " Mary " I am an only child in Papa's first marriage then he has two boys I his second " Lindsey " Is your father a widower too? " Mary " No he and mom parted ways when I was eight. He remarried four years later and Mama died almost six months ago " Lindsey " I see. Is it the reason you're here? " Mary. Lindsey nodded in response. Her whole day was spent helping Elijah and Jet in their artwork.

" How are u miss u so much " Was Beth's message as Samuel opens his phone. It's been couple of weeks since they last saw each other. Beth was sent to another town to oversee reforestation project of the government so they see each other less often.  " I 'm fine " was his short reply " Don't u miss me?" Beth answers skeptically. No reply came from Samuel. " Don't u miss the time we shared? The nights we've had? I miss u badly Sam. Can u come at my place? Luv u" Beth. " When I'm done with my project I'll come " Samuel " Alright " Beth replied. Beth sensed something has changed in Samuel.
Days passed. Lindsey is back at the convent with sister Myrna and since her stay with Samuel's household. His sons became a fixture in Lindsey's daily life. In the afternoon the three boys would join in the convent's prayer time. And would also help in their daily chores. Mary would also come either to share free meals or she would help in the kitchen.
Lindsey found a gang in Samuel's household. Often times Samuel would come in the evening to fetch his entire household.
" It seems your doing fine Bes " Joan notice in her friend's tone " I do. This is a wonderful place I'm blessed I found it " She replied " Does that mean you're willing to face the public now? " Joan inquires " I don't know, maybe not yet. I feel like a child learning to walk for the first time " Lindsey " I understand Best. I just heard stories about your hampered project with Titan Movies. I hope this won't make you upset " Joan " No work for now. But I haven't forgotten my commiments you know me " She utters " They will withdraw their stocks at Sky line productions unless you fulfill your part in the start of third quarter " Joan " Does Rain know?" Lindsey " Yes and she's having negotiation with Titan " Joan " Poor Rain but. I don't want to get back to work half-hearted " Lindsey " I know Best but don't be hard on yourself about it. Everybody needs time to rest " Joan " Thank you " Lindsey
She hasn't sleep well that night. She took a half of sleeping pills Cathy has prescribed. Then she prayed till she has fell asleep.
