With TMNT, A Lot Can Happen (TMNT 2012 One-Shots)

Protector (Raph x Injured!Reader) PART 2

This just continues on from the 1st part of this, after you all agreed that Raph will look after you during the day.

You're just trying to get used of not having two working legs, and Raph having to help you our and around, in any way that he can.

The two of you, also try to sort our your secret feelings towards one another.

Tap! Tap! Tap!

That was most likely the sound of Raph tapping at your window, hoping to get in before some citizens outside took notice of him from the streets below.

Since you were in a wheelchair right now for your ankle, April and Casey were the ones to open it for you and let Raph in. April and Casey were there, just to make sure that you had everything you needed and you're good to go to let Raph help take care of you and your ankle.

"Hey Raph," April greeted the red-masked terrapin as he came in. Raph said, "Hey." towards her, as well, and gave Casey a fistbump.

April and Casey let him more into her apartment and towards where you were waiting for him in your living room. You offered him up a small smile and wave, when you say him.

You and Raph then looked towards April and casey,as they were about to head off to school, "Everything that you need, is right here (Y/N)." Casey told you, pointing towards a giant cooler and such in your kitchen. Then, just as April and Casey left your apartment, April quickly thanked Raph for doing this and reminded you that they'll be sure to get your homework from your classes at school, for you. You nodded, as the two of them headed off towards Roosevelt High.

You and Raph then shared an awkward silence between one another, before you looked towards him saying, "You know you don't have to watch me, right? I can get around." Well, the second part was a bit of a white lie, considering that the hospital just dropped it off at your apartment the other day, and you were still trying to get used to moving around in it.

Raph didn't look at all convinced, and just smirked, "Really now?" he asked you sarcastically, expecting to to prove otherwise, which you then didn't, "And besides (Y/N)," Raph added with more concern, "there's no telling of when you'll least be expected to have 'other company' over." you knew that was referring towards the Kraang or Foot when he said 'other company', but didn't say anything about it.

You then started to feel an aching pain in your casted-up leg, and Raph immediately went into your kitchen to get you some ice.

~TIMESKIP~

It was now a bit late since April and Casey came by to drop off your homework, which you just finished and then started to relax in front of your television with Raph. Meanwhile, Raph's been helping you out a lot. He helped you to learn to get around, gave you food, ice and water when you needed it most, and also just overall kept you from being bored.

Your favourite movie, (Y/F/M), was playing right now, and decided to watch it with Raph. Every so often, you'd catch glimpses of one another watching it, and found each other to be quite attractive, in your ownways of course. The two of you were still quite confused of why Raph was still around you with an injured leg, or why you didn't tell him off for it without being rude about it. It was like your secret crushes for each other, are the cause of it. But still, you had yet, to found this out for sure.

Raph took another glance of you, and saw you fell asleep in the middle of the movie. Smiling a bit of how adorable you looked like asleep, he gently got you out of your wheelchair and carried you to your bed. As he tucked you in, he also made sure that your ankle was elevated and was positioned comfortably while you slept.

Then, even though he hoped that you wouldn't notice it much, he kissed your forehead and wished a good night. He took a good look around your apartment, and made sure that it was presentable for when your parents came home from work, eventually. He also made sure that it was secure, that you could have a peaceful rest, without the risk of being kidnapped by the Kraang or Foot. After that, he left through your bedroom window, and was able to find his brothers out on patrol.

When they asked him of how it went, he put up his 'tough guy' act again, and gave a nonchalant response. Which of course, conflicted with his innermost feelings towards you, as he left your apartment building behind for now, until tomorrow morning.

Then, by tomorrow morning, just wait till he had to help you out on crutches!

Also, I posted the last part of (on both here and Quotev!). Because you know, I get that it was different then some of my other stories, and not a lot of people actually read these types for themselves; I just really wanted to experiment with having my own TMNT OCs involved, and also, I wanted you all to be able to imagine of what will happen to them next, and what the future will bring to them, as they become more 'closer' towards each Hamato ninja terrapin.

Anyways, I'll continue with doing some of your TMNT One-Shots, as you would want me to do them. I also highly encourage you all to provide constructive feedback, for what my next TMNT Project should be. Or, if I should work on a more original story for you all, based on some of your latest comments.
