So here, you (as a 10-year-old) and your (5-year-old) brothers are going to celebrate Easter, with a fun Easter Egg Hunt! Let's see what kind of surprises will be in store for you all!
Today was an exciting morning for you and your tiny turtle tot brothers (asides from this past Christmas!), because it was Easter.
You used to celebrate it with your family up top, but now this was your first Easter with your younger brothers (who were also celebrating their first Easter, as well!)
You all ate each of your hearty breakfasts, given by your adopted rat father, Master Splinter, before he then led you all into the living room for something special.
"What's going on, Father?" Leo asked Master Splinter curiously.
"I have a special game for you all to play, Leonardo." he answered softly, before he then handed each of you a colorful straw basket, decorated with bows in each of your favourite colours; blue, red, purple, orange & (Y/F/C).
"Are we...having an Easter Egg Hunt, Sensei?" inquired Donnie. Because ever since after their 'Secret Santa' activity last Christmas, he did some extensive research into other national holidays; Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day (they were already in green for that one XD), April Fool's Day (Mikey's other favourite holiday, asides from his birthday & Christmas, of course), and of course, Easter.
Master Splinter nodded, "Indeed we are, Donatello. Now, would you all like to hear of how our Easter Egg Hunt will work?" he then asked you all, receiving excited nods and grins in return;
Master Splinter then explained to his children, that the Easter Bunny (him! XD) had hidden some colourful Easter eggs all around the lair, last night.
He made sure, that there were 5 in each of your favourite colours (blue, red, purple, orange, and (Y/F/C)), so that you could all find them easily.
Then, once each of you found your 5 eggs, inside each one (since they were plastic!), were one or two letters written on scraps of paper.
With the letters, you had to spell out a word, that was wither related to Easter, or spring in general. The letters could be in English or Japanese, so you had to be careful.
Once you spelled out your word, you would win a prize & also find something else, on the backs of your letters.
After he explained all of that, a few rules of safety and secrets (to not tell someone else where their eggs were hiding, for example), you all began to search for your eggs all through your sewer lair home.
The Easter Bunny (or Master Splinter! XD) hid all of your eggs very well. Some required you to climb up high (like into the dojo tree) or you had to crawl low into the darker places (like under each of your beds). Overall, while each of you were playing and having fun, you were all also training and working hard, to win!
For some of the last few eggs though, Master Splinter 'helped' you all out a bit (without full out giving away where they were hidden! XD) to find them, and catch up with the others back on the living room couch.
Once you were all in the living room, you each worked independently, to try and spell out your words.
It took a while (and with a few hints from Master Splinter), but eventually, you each had your words;
taiyō (sun)
ame (rain)
furawāzu (flowers)
banī (bunny)
&
kyandī (candy)
Then, remembering your 'next step' of this game, you turned over your letters, to see blue puzzle pieces on them.
