**Lukes POV**

On 10th we flew out for Pittsburgh. My show was tomorrow but we were sticking around for her birthday on the 12th. It was noon when we landed and we were both super excited to tell her parents about the babies and then be able to make our big announcement. She was 8 weeks now. I felt so bad She was so sick this whole plane ride. We were getting off the plane. Bruce had the boys so I could take care of Kelly.

"Grandma! Grandpa!" The boys yelled as they went running to Her parents. They each picked them up.

Kelly tried to put on a happy face and act like everything was fine so we could actually tell them as a surprise.

Later on that night her whole family was over for a little party for her birthday. They band was there too. She was sitting there holding her nephew. I was standing there with Black Mike.

"So did she give you an answer?" He asked about the management position.
"No... but If she doesn't want to do you want to just be my new manager?" I asked.
"Of course man. I've done It the pst few months."

I was staring at her plying with her nephew.

"What's going through your mind man?" Mike asked.
"She's gorgeous. So good with kids. I can't wait to have the babies." I said. He smiled.
"I know I can't wait either!" He said I laughed.
"So jay." I said he wa looking at her sitting with Kells.
"Yes?"
"Where's it going?"
"I know I said this about Emily but I think Jay is definitely the one..."
"I'm glad to hear It man. You deserve to be happy."
"Thanks... we talked about kids the other day... she wants 4.."
"Whoa! You said you never wanted more than 1."
"I know... but with her as a mom I'm sure I.T would

I went over whenever I saw Kells hand Jack off to Jay. She didn't look so good.

"You okay?" I asked sitting my beer on the table.
"I'm so sick."
"I promise baby this all should go away soon. You are doing great."
"I need some fresh air." She said.
"Come on. " I said taking my hoodie off and drapping It over her shoulders.

We walked out onto the back porch. Her aunt and uncle along with her brother were out there.

"You okay Kells?" Her aunt Lisa asked.
"Yeah just need some air and space."
"You seem sick Kells." John said.
"Yeah...."
"Are your headaches coming back?" He asked.
"Sorta kinda. Just a lot..." She said.

"Come on." I said to her as we walked down the steps. We sat by the pool.
"When do you want to tell everyone?" I asked as she laid her head on my chest.
"Soon so I can go to sleep I'm so tired."

We sat there for a few minutes.

"Come on Kells it's time for cake!" John yelled. She sat up. I turned and looked at her. I kissed her lightly on the lips.

"I love you so much Mrs. Bryan." I said she smiled big.
"And..." I said leaning down kissing her stomach, "I love you both too." I said and sat back up. She grabbed each side of my face and kissed me. She stopped.
"You're so cute." She said. "Let's go make the announcement before cake."

I picked her up in my arms and carried her up the steps. I sat her on her feet before we walked in. She walked over to the counter. I was behind her. Bo and Tate ran up. I picked them both up.

"Before we do this we have an announcement to make!" Kelly said. Jaylee and mike were all smiles knowing exactly what It was.
"Everyone knows we've had a rough time with getting pregnant... however we are happy to say that these two awesome little boys will not only be big brothers to one baby but two!" She said. Her mom started crying instantly. Everyone was clapping. Her mom came over and hugged both of us.

I sat the boys down. Her dad came over and shook my hand.

"Congrats son." He said giving me a hug then.
"Thank you sir."

I had got the boys to sleep and went into her room. She was laying in bed, just a tee shirt and underwear. It was a little after midnight. I stopped as I was closing the door to stare at her ass. She turned and I moved real quick. She rolled to her back.

"And what were you looking at Sir??" She said laughing.
"Just your sexy ass." I said as I stripped down to just my boxers.

She blushed. I laid down and kissed her. I pushed her hair out of her eyes.

"You are my world Kells." I said.
"And you are mine. I love you so much." She said.

I started making out with her slowly. She stopped me.

"I'm so tired babe." She said. "I'm sorry." She said again cuddling into my chest. I made her look up st me.
"No need to be sorry. I'm going to be with you either way so that is all that matters." I said holding her close.

"I hope it's a boy and a girl." She said.
"Why's that?"
"So we don't have to go through this shit again" she said and I laughed.
"I want one of each with you." She proceeded to say.
"I understand 100% but if it's two boys or two girls or one of each I'm going to be happy either way."
"As long as they are healthy." She said cuddling into me.

"You are going to make an amazing mom to these two just like you do Bo and Tate."

I looked and she was passed out. I laid there looking at the ceiling. I couldn't sleep. I haven't been able to sleep well. I just kept thinking what if something happens to these two.

She was laying on my right arm with her head on my chest. I reached over and grabbed my phone. I started scrolling through my Instagram. She wanted to announce the pregnancy but I really want to wait until we find out the sex.

I laid there switching between apps until aboutt 2 am. She rolled over. I got up slowly and put on  a tee shirt and sweats. I walked downstairs. I went to the kitchen and her dad was there in his scrubs.

"Oh sorry sir." I said.
"No problem Luke. Just getting ready to go to the hospital for a consult." He said pouring coffee into his mug.
"Surgery?"
"From the sounds of It Yeah. 17 year old ATV accident. Not looking good. Ortho has to clear him first."
"So young...." I said sitting at the island
"It's terrible.... why aren't you asleep?" He asked.
"Haven't been able to sleep... just worried about Kelly and the babies."
"Luke I'm sure she will be fine."
"I know but we've lost 2... Just her risk of carrying 1 was high now carrying twins...."
"Trust me I know. But I know you will take care of my little girl." He said sternly.
"I do everything I can sir... she is stubborn at times though."
"Well this you will have to push through more." He said.
"Yes sir." I replied and his phone went off. He looked.
"Alright I have to go. Get some sleep for the concert tomorrow night. It'll all be okay." He said patting my shoulder.
"Thanks sir. Have a good night."

I sat there for a few minutes with a glass of water.

"Luke..." I heard kelly say I turned around real quick.
"Babe you need to be sleeping." I told her.
"I had to go to the bathroom...I thought you left...." she said coming over and cuddling into my chest.
"Never baby. I just couldn't sleep and didn't want to keep you up."
"You okay? Do you need to talk?"
"No I just had a good talk with your dad I'm oky."
"Did he gave to go to the hospital?" She asked.
"Yeah. Teenager ATV accident."
"Ugh. Another." She said shaking her head.
"Kids will be kids." I replied.
"How old?"
"17."
"Awh. His poor parents and friends." She said I knew she was think back to Niko.
"At least he has a head neuro surgeon there." I said trying to make her feel better.

"Come on let's get to bed" I then said. I picked her up in my arms.
"I'm kinda hungry." She said laughing.
"And what would you and the little ones like?"
"Ice cream." She said smiling.
"Head upstairs and I will bring you some." I said kissing her head and sitting her back on her feet. She stood on her toes and kissed me.
"I love you." She said.
"I love y'all too." I said kissing her cheek and then her stomach.
